Told my pkg was damaged so they couldn't send it and I would get a refund. 3 days later I get a notification that it's been delivered to my door by UPS. It wasn't. i called UPS and the tracking number is wrong. I will never order from them again!

I got a fedex notifications saying my package was delivered on 1/4 and it was not I reached out to them and they said it was delivered on 12/30. Fedex listed tracking dates and locations. They are lying to me and telling me it was delivered and giving me 2 separate dates that don’t add up! They won’t refund me 0 stars!!!

Walmart.com Sent incorrect number of items -- cups. President Matthew W. Brannan simply replied "it was delivered". Stay away from this company.

I recently order a Vinyl record from Hardway (MUSE - The 2nd Law) , but they sent me the CD. I dont recommend to buy anything of this company. Im still trying to receive my refaund. ZERO STARS!!!

Order a Vinyl record from Hardway, but they sent me the CD version instead. Tried to get a replacement for the correct item, which they said I needed to send them the CD in order to receive the Vinyl. Asked them to send me the return label multiple times, which they replied with "we will do". Never received the return label. This back and forth with the company went on for a month. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS!

Ordered 10 sets of Motor Trend front/rear seat cover. I received 1 A4Pet bench seat cover for pets in place of the 10 items I ordered. It also came in an amazon.com bag. Now I have to fight with walmart.com for a refund because I have one item that shows it was shipped as 10.

Very misleading did not send me correct product as shown in photos and in description called several times got no response! Receive one message to send them photos of incorrect product and received No response afterwards!

Terrible company. Should and will be brought up on fraud charges. Don not process returns and credits. Thy resources to sell and ship but not return and credit. Hmm what does that say. There be hundreds more of these poor ratings to come stay tuned. Not to mention a law suit.
