I ordered a beautiful purse that took me 4 months to find. I was excited to receive it, however, there has been ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION as to where my order is. I call, no one answers. I email, no one answers. I have been kind and patient, but this is ridiculous. 10 days and no response. Very poor customer service, very poor communication skills, and they could have had a customer for life, but after this? I will NEVER order from this company again. I cannot believe in an age of customer service and online ordering, I can not even get a response as to why my order has not even been shipped yet. Poorly run company. I will be looking elsewhere for my concelaled carry products from now on. Sorry guys, but you blew it BIG TIME.

I ordered orange buckle wallet realtree my tracking number says shipped and delivered by Monday may 14 and than click on it it says may 17 delivered estimate. Nothing not heard from them. I don't know what is going on this is first issue I have ever had.
