If 0 stars was an option that's definitely what my rating would be!! This Hoverboard is useless it doesn't keep a charge, when I turn it on it just beeps. I as very frustrated with the level of service that I have received. I don't even see why Walmart still has them as an option as a 3rd party seller. When contacting the 1-800 number they don't answer and the voicemail is too full and no message can be left. I will learn from now on to look at the reviews before purchasing.

I hope Walmart has seen all of these reviews... same story here. They took over a month to ship the hoverboard, it won't stay charged, now saying the replacement will be weeks from now... I bought mid November. This is ridiculous. They need to cut ties.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered this for my daughters birthday on 12/23, it worked for 3 days and then stopped charging. I emailed the company they said return it and they will send a replacement. I returned and now they are saying they are out of stock. The rep is extremely rude through and will not provide a phone number to speak with someone. Scam artists!!! Do not buy from the scammer company!!

I brought a several hoverboards from this company through Walmart, One of the hoverboards do not work, I have been trying to contact this company for two weeks now regarding this matter. no-one has responded yet and its a shame because I brought the warranty on all four hoverboard, which was a waste of money the warranty company say's there is nothing they can do because it has been less than a year. STAY AWAY FROM D.G.I you are wasting your hard earned money. Dated Monday January 4th 2021

Well I know now to read reviews FIRST!!!!! I have 3 of these boards that I have been trying to return and have had absolutely no success. Obviously I am not the only one. I have called the phone # on the label several times and its a full message box". The two addresses I have one is in Ontario CA and the other is Santa Ana, Ca. Neither of these places is far from me and I may just be taking a "drive" here next week. The bad part is I have been in the hospital 4 times now, (DO NOT GET COVID!!!) and the brain fog that goes with it... I can not remember how or with how I paid for them. I have checked all my cards I that I can think of my bank accounts but I cant find them listed anywhere. Will post if I find out anything... Its companies and crap like this that ruin it for the good and honest vendors... and Walmart are we really surprised? HA I also hot an AK7 for Christmas.....JUST KIDDING!!!!

Same thing ... I bought one hoverboard in November for Xmas ... the board won’t stay charged .... it’s a piece of junk ... and I’m getting nowhere trying to return or exchange it... I wish I could leave zero stars

Ordered a wood, water rowing machine. The rails came damaged and missing a main part so it cannot be assembled. I have communicated with the seller and all you get is three to four word responses that do not address the issue. The company will not acknowledge if it intends to send the missing part let alone replace the damaged rail. After reading all of the reviews, I am guessing this is a lost cause. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Do not buy from this seller.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 hover boards 2 delivered and are the right ones. One was never delivered but they said it was shipped. Fed x says it was never picked up. The forth one was NOT the one I ordered. Better yet they don't care!!! I ordered over a month ago. Here I am one week from Christmas hoping I have gifts for my grandchildren. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Walmart needs to break ties with this company.

If I could give no stars I would... they dont even deserve 1 star. I Totally agree with most all other posts... DGI absolutely sucks! I ordered on 11/30 and they gave a delivery date of 12/8... nothing was shipped on the 7th so I called, Walmart told me to wait another 5 days, called back on day 4 because it still didnt change, was told to wait another 2 days, waited 2 days, no change.... so I am canceling the order! Went with another one and I am not happy because I passed up a ton of other good deals along the way.

This place is a joke !I ordered 4 hoverboards on Nov. 30th, I got an email stating it shipped on the 1st of December arriving on Dec. 8th checked the tracking numbers with Fed ex ... nothing . Contacted Fed Ex the said only the label was created no package is in their possession. So I called Walmart they went through and tryed to see what was going on. They gave me a number to this Shitty business no answer and couldn’t leave a voice mail due to it being full (probably from all the angry customers demanding their money back) so called Walmart and asked for my money back which they did. Seriously i wonder how that works Walmart refunds me but do you still get to keep my money also ? I sent this link to the man I was talking to at Walmart so he could see all the reviews on here and I told them they should drop this place like a bad habit! Never AGAIN !DGI Do Better

Ha, same story for all of us it seems! Ordered my board on 12/3. Still said in stock with DGI. Ordered. Paid. Walmart.com said it was shipped. FedEx said only a shipping label was printed but nothing has shipped yet. Now 12/13/20. Walmart will refund the money but I hope DGI doesn't get to run away with our money while Walmart is getting stuck with the shortage. I should have known better than to buy something off walmart.com which was being sold by an outside company. From day one I told my sister that "supposedly I was able to order this hoverboard and supposedly its going to be delivered on 12/11). From day one I was skeptical, but I went on hope. Good luck to everyone involved. We may have to tell our kids to be happy with a different brand, like a Jetson Sphere hoverboard from AMAZON or Target.com. They are way cooler looking anyway.

I ordered my daughter a hooverbroad on Nov 30th and said it would be delivered on December 9th. Money was taken out of my account. So why haven't I received my purchase. If their is a problem of being out of stock. Then it should have told us on back order and a date to receive it. Plus no one is even trying to reach out to me and letting me know why their is a delay. That's bad business. F.Y.I. I am a truck driver and know how things work. This is not how things work. So please send me update information on my purchase. Thank you

Ordered 3 hoverboards on 11\30. I was supposed to get them on the 7th. Still nothing. Supposedly one is on its way and should be here tuesday. No update on anything else. If I do not receive the one on tuesday I am canceling my order. I will be lucky to get new ines b4 christmas and i bought the attachment that are already here.

I am having the same problem as everyone else leaving a comment. It's one this to blame it on covid-19 but it's another thing to just not do your damn job.... I need this hoverboard for my daughter for christmas an that's all she had been talking about... Yall and walmart should be ashamed of yourself 2020 has already been a hard year for all of us all we want to do is make our loved ones smile to make at least some of these days better... I places this order on Nov. 30 they took the money out of my account the same day.... told me I would receive my order on the 8th... here it is the 12th an the damn package hasn't even made it out of Cali... results of this was I had to cancel my order and get a refund that I know have to wait 5 days for before I can even start finding another hooverboard... Thanks alot for the inconvenience DGI and walmart... I will never order online with yall again... I will rather give my business to Amazon at least I know they try to get you your package on time.... SMH And that one damn start yall making me give yall dont mean nothing you're terrible idk why this business even exist!!!!!!!

I’m so sorry this happened to all of you and sadly it’s happened to me as well. And of course we think Walmart would do the redo so we assume to trust. I placed my order on Dec 3rd of 2020 and received a email that it will be shipped and received on December 10th. Here we are on the 12th and it hasn’t even been shipped out, fed ex states they never received the package. I ordered another one before confirming that issue and that one shows it’s in my area and will be delivered tomorrow. After speaking with Walmart I received full refund for that first hoverboard and will be raising hell and hot water if I received a bogus ass product which I just should have went with amazon and paid the extra money come tomorrow I might just refuse the package if I get it get my money back and just order off amazon at least I know they are legit and won’t do business with half ass business. Walmart should be ashamed not to mention the sorry ass email from the seller saying please allow more days as it’s due to Covid please okay you never sent the shit out I’m not risking more days and then having to deal with not even being eligible for a full refund so word of advice don’t do it NO stars terrible service and if I notice after a month or so the damn thing goes out back it goes and I expect a full refund then as well

I purchased one hooverboard on 11/30 it had a delivery date of 12/8 which of course it did not come and FedEx tells me they never received anything from them.
