I ordered a metal garden arbor via the Walmart website. This item was sent to someone else's address in another city. I am not sure if they will return to sender, but I would really like to either receive the product or a refund since it was shipped to someone else. No one is answering the customer service number and it is going straight to a full voicemail. The "Contact Us" link is erroring and not allowing messages to go through. There is no way to contact this company to give them an opportunity to fix their mistake. No product, no communication, no way to get a refund.
