I ordered a tv stand on the 7th of December. Gymax said they shipped it and it would be here on 10th. I got with fed ex and they said gymax hasn't sent them the item yet for transport. Can't get ahold of anyone to help. Don't know wtf is going on

I ordered 4 Christmas trees early in October so I would have in time...they are terrible quality and Walmart does not handle the return and this company will not repond fraud I believe shame on Walmart for using them as though it is Walmart so annoyed

I ordered a fiber optic Christmas tree the 28th of November. It was to be delivered on the 4th of December. I still have not gotten the tree. There is no way to contact any one. I have called FedEx but they have no information only that a label has been printed. I dont think we will have a Christmas tree this year. It is really sad this happened.

Ordered something on Nov. 30th suppose to be here on Dec. 3rd, says my order was shipped. Nothing came on Dec 3rd, waited another day, 2 days later, nothing. Tried contacting, no answer and no response to my email. Now my order says "pending delivery date"

If I can give this company a zero I would. Ordered on Nov 30th. I was suppose to receive package Dec3rd then Dev5th never received it. It shows shipped on order so that you can’t cancel. Hasn’t been delivered to FedEx as of today Dec 6. Now I have to wait 48 hours for them to respond!! Ridiculous! Never again!

People RED FLAG>Very disappointed with my item. It was not all there, screw's missing & leg won't stand level on floor & a poor excuse for a Christmas Tree needles fall out as soon as it came out of box & very cheap looking. Look's like a Dollar store item but no wait there's would be better. Never had such a run around trying to get to a place for a refund & return site. Can't believe Walmart would even still allow you to sell thur them. Would never order from this company again. My rating for you would be below a zero. Buyer's beware . Oh and know you only have a one star from me cause it won't let me send review without a rating but it's really ZERO

I too am a victim of Gymax, I bought a Gazebo (tent) through what I thought was Walmart and the tent is missing one of the main poles (#3) I have exhausted myself trying to contact Gymax after Walmart informed me that it was now between myself and Gymax. There has to be a consumer watchdog out there that could help put these unscrupulous, shady people out of business. And as for Walmart's involvement shame on them.

Order of fog house wrong size. Request to send back and refund. They put me through so much stress. Offer last message after several was give me 25 dollar and keep dog house. Nothing was taken out box except see size front was. Wrong too small andvput it back right back inside. No other problem. I shipped it back UPS today. I want my refund back 129 total. They wouldn't help me like a good customer. Now wait for answer back. Not right.

$200 WASTED ordered table and chairs but no table came and the chairs didn't come with instructions. Walmart is no help and no one is answering the customer service number after i stayed on hold for 3 HOURS i wouldn't recommend this bull to my worst enemy

I bought a Gymax 7ft christmas tree a few weeks ago. It came with a broken branch and problem with only some lights working. Very poor quality tree and lights. I wrote to Wal-Mart because it had said return to store. Wal-Mart said gymax responsible for return. Gymax wanted photos and proof other than shipping and order info. I was told " inbox the tree and take photos of problem to see if we will return it". I said ridiculous to find this and to inbox tree. Then I was told "send photos and we'll refund $30.00 of $78.00 and you can keep tree". Why would I want a tree that has a broken branch for almost $50.00? I wrote to Wal-Mart again waiting to hear. I don't want the tree want my money for the holidays. I'm a senior and to unbox a heavy tree is ridiculous to ask of me or anyone. I can't lift it to return to store. I've contacted a Boston local TV consumer help to look into this problem. It's the holidays and most retailers accept returns until Jan. 30th no questions asked. I'll never buy from this company again.

I ordered a pricey item from Gymax because I thought I would receive a quality product from a company that backs what they sell. The product arrived damaged. The damage occurred in the warehouse or during the shipping process. I have had to go through a few hoops in order to receive a return authorization label. First, the seller wanted pictures of the damage so the seller could file a claim with the shipping company to receive reimbursement. This was a simple enough request. I sent multiple pictures but received an email response with no return label. Instead, I was offered a $35 discount (on a $90 product) to keep the mangled item. I declined. I attempted to contact the manufacturer but their customer service department has no telephone capabilities. I called Gymax. The recording indicated my call would be answered in two minutes. Every 10 seconds, or so, an automated voice would keep reminding me how "very important" my call was to them. I could tell how important my call was by the 53+ minutes I've was kept on hold. Finally, a customer service representative answers. She has no access to the emails and pictures that were previously provided so I have to start the process all over again. I email her a picture of the damage. Since it’s a Friday, the representative informs me I will not hear back from customer service until Monday or Tuesday. Another case of, hurry up and wait. Here is my advice to anyone having difficulty with these Gymax jokers. Call Walmart customer service and speak to a Walmart dot com customer care representative. Provide the representative with your order number and the nature of your problem. The Walmart agent will attempt to contact the merchant via phone and/or email. The Walmart agent will also generate a reference number or case number regarding your issue. Walmart promises to provide an email response within 48 hours. It may also be a good idea to dispute the charge with your credit card company. I hope others will benefit from the lesson I learned. I would never deal with Gymax ever again. There's an old adage in business. "If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will."

I ordered lamps through Walmart without realizing that they do not stand behind the product. so I follow the instructions to the website to start a return. It lead to nowhere. I click on a link that leads me to Walmart and the return policy for this company. I call the number. They said 2 minutes but it has been 10. I read the return policy and it is not like any return policy I have ever seen before. "if you INSIST on returning the product", "when the item is delivered to us you can then request a refund." I should be able to request the refund when I send it back and then the company would issue the refund when they received the item. I notice a number of recent negative reviews. I believe them. And shame on walmart to associate with a company like this. Another 5 minutes and I'm still on hold. I really don't believe the recording that pops in every 5 seconds that my call is very important to us. Now they hung up on me!

I am writing in regards to the review I wrote on 08/12/2020. I am writing this to assist customers who have not received the refund that this company will attempt to keep. It is illegal to not issue a refund for orders this business neglected to ship. After four months I finally received my refund. I made an order for 2 items on May 20,2020. I honestly thought that I would never receive my refund. I ordered these items on the Sears.com web site. Both Sears ,and Gymax lack ethics. They attempted to steal my money. To add salt to this wound, both Sears, and Gymax lied to me on many occasions , and cared not at all that they illegally withheld my money. I suspect this is because they usually succeed in this practice of stealing from customer's. I contacted my state's attorney general's office, the F.T.C., and the bank in which issued the debit card that paid for this fateful order. All three contacts were terrific, and caring. I don't know which one is responsible for my refund or, if they all helped. With out their help I would've been an additional customer who had money stolen thru fraud from these rip off companies. I had spent more than 70 hours attempting to rectify this thru customer service. , and I was lied to more times than I can count. To any customers who never had their order shipped, and had their refund withheld : STOP playing games with these bad faith co.'s. Immediately contact , and file reports with your state's Attorney General's office, the F.T.C. ,and the bank that issued your debit card,or business that issued your credit card. I am so pleased with the help I received. STOP corporate greed from the benefit of making illegal profits on the backs of there honest consumer's. I hope this helps others . Let's help each other against corporate greed.

I wish I could give this business a negative number. I will no longer purchase from any retailer that sells their junk. I made the mistake of ordering a tv console, and a 2 piece nightstand set from these scam artists. I received the first item damaged five days later. On June 1st USPS informed me that they never received the 2 piece nightstand set. I tried to cancel the nightstand set by calling Sears customer service on the day I learned this still had not shipped. Sears is just as horrific. Both companies deserve to be forever out of business. On 06/07 Gymax mailed me a box that was clearly another customer's return. It was not what I ordered. It was a battered torn box that makes loud jingle noises. This box made the battered box the tv console arrived in look good. It's been more than 3 months and both companies still refuse to issue my refund. I think they intentionally take the hard earned money of people. They have no ethics. Their inability to comprehend is mind boggling . I would urge people to not place orders with these companies. All that they can do well is take your money ,and lie. I have contacted my state's attorney general's office. Both companies are guilty of illegally taken money. Beware of both Sears, and Gymax. Corporate greed!

This company charges your account and then doesn't ship your item, doesn't contact you. When you try to track it; you find only that it has been delayed in being shipped. 16 days after placing order, nothing. I finally traced down a phone number, automation service doesn't identify their name of their business; only places you on hold with the message: your wait time will be approx 25 minutes. "Your call is very important to us plays every few seconds, please wait. the rating is 0

all the reviews for Gymax sound the same one of two problems poor quality/missing parts, or not receiving product. mines no different ordered a desk. Label made 12-1-20 as of 12-16-20 no product. Several contacts with CO. Nothing but excuses. Formally canceled order and requested reverse of charges. Didn't stop there, chatted with company that allowed Gymax to sell their product to me and had them call me back [within 2 min] and they will take care of the charges and I should receive e-mail within 24 hours[we'll see]. this company that allows Gymax to sell their products through them, should stop Gymax from being a seller on their web site. rating for Gymax should be negative -0.

I purchased a vanity for my child's Christmas on for it to never be delivered. Purchased December 2nd and got 2 day delivery. So far nothing. Tracking shows a label has been created but nothing shipped.

I ordered a lift chair recliner through these sellers on Wal-Mart.com They immediately took almost $600 from my account but chair never arrived. Was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago! Gymax gave me a FedEx tracking number, but Fedex says they are still waiting on the item. When I contacted them, they basically told me that I needed to contact Fedex again. In other words, kept giving me the run around. They take your money, but don’t sent the item. I requested a full refund from Walmart due to fraudulent sellers. Walmart shouldn’t allow these people on their site. They are scammers!

Thank you for ruining Christmas for my father! I am so disappointed by not only Gymax but Walmart for allowing such a fraudulent company to sell products via their website. Just like many others I ordered a product in ample time to arrive for the holidays only for a shipping label to be created, and "shipped" only to find out that item was never shipped. I wish my product would've arrived to me as fast as they took my money! Shame on Gymax and Walmart to blame shipping carriers such as UPS for their neglect. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting that so many customers are being taking advantaged of especially during the holidays. Please do not order from GYMAX or any products from walmart.com that states they are from GYMAX, I wish I knew this prior to going through what I have to say has been the WORSE customer service and experience! NEGATIVE 0 STARS for me!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Package supposed to be delivered Dec. 23, no package, I called Gynmax to get an update but I would wait 33 mins or longer just for someone to pickup and hang up. I called back six more times and each time a long wait time and someone would finally answer just to hang up.

I ordered a motorized Jeep for my son for Christmas weeks ago. I only received the tires. No car, just tires. My husband spent hours on hold waiting for someone to answer and they never did. Complete scam. They’ve basically ruined my kid’s Christmas because all he wanted was this car. And of course it’s way too late to get another before tomorrow. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish we would have seen all these horrible reviews prior to purchasing. I do not recommend this company at all.

By far the WORST company to deal with. Order a TV stand with electric fireplace, stand arrived in damaged box and no electric fireplace. Contacted Walmart.com who was helpful in giving me the customer service number for Gymax. Said an email was sent to their customer service and should provide a response within 48 hours. However, I have been on hold for well over an hour and am unable to reach a human to speak to about issue. It is voice recording that continues to repeat itself stating that 'your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent'. SCAM SCAM SCAM! No company should ever have a customer on hold for hour(s) to not even have an actual person to pick up the phone and resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY through Wal-Mart. Spent over $350 for half of the product.

It is my belief that this company is fraudulently advertising products through Walmart that they don't have in stock. Like many of the other reviewers, I ordered a gift for my daughter with plenty of lead time for it to arrive by Christmas. I received my "shipping" confirmation within a couple of days, with an expected delivery date of 12/17. When that date came and passed, I inquired, and a representative with the company said that the shipping carrier had not picked up yet, and my order would arrive by 12/28. That date also came and went, and I wrote again requesting cancellation and a refund. They did not answer my request or refund my money so I wrote again a few days later insisting that they refund my money. They responded and offered me $15 to wait for the product to arrive on 1/8. I politely declined and requested again that they refund my money. I have not received a refund or a cancellation notice and will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is a scam. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

I agree with Worst Company. I also think Walmart has some responsibility for their 3rd party suppliers. If Walmart cannot control them to any degree, they should not allow 3rd parties. Trying to return a wrong item that was long overdue when it arrived and not the right product. No response from the company. I bought a patio set from WALMART website, I spent 700 dollars, I received a portion of my order. Walmart it is saying it is not their fault that I should talk to GYMAX however I bought it from WALMART. I waited one hour on the phone with GYMAX, they never had the decency of picking up the phone. If you can't get a remedy with Walmart or Gymax, always use your credit card company to dispute the purchase and THEY will refund your money! I ALWAYS use my own credit card of choice: don't use Walmart or Amazon. Call your credit card company, dispute the charge, they will go get them, and in the meantime, you get your money back. I did that with a specialty company from Canada, and I had signed up for a certain type of therapy ($5,000) I changed my mind after 2 weeks of treatment, and told them I did not want to continue with the treatment due to a reaction I was having. They gave me a hard time. I called my credit card company, told them the situation, and they refunded all $5,000 to me. SO......folks, always use your own credit card and if there's ANY problem, dispute the charge and get your money back. (And I was just about to buy a bed frame from this company, and with the reviews, have decided not to)

Should be zero stars, have been trying to have a return processed and they want an absurd amount for shipping items back , I have read many reviews with same problems, 90.00 to ship back is absurd, amazon is never a problem, do some research do not order from Gymax, they are not walmart,ca and walmart is getting a bad name from them, wasting hours on the phone with walmart.ca only to get BS emails from Gymax, , maybe change your name to Suckmax cause you truly suck at customer service, maybe you should google customer service and start a business plan.

I bought a Gymax sofa chair from Walmart.ca website. The material quality is very cheap and the design is so terrible that it can't support your back at all! When I asked a return, I was charged $50 of label fee. Never consider to buy Gymax products any more!

BOUGHT a chicken coop from Walmart.Com on March 29th estimated delivery April 5th. When it never came I contacted them and YOU sent me an email saying it was delayed to April 10th. NO COMMUNICATION NO EMAIL! What is WRONG with your staff? You don’t update people when their items are delayed? WORST COMPANY EVER!! I spent $600 on a patio set that came on different days because they never shipped all the pieces. The quality is terrible and trying to return it has been hell! I’m still working with Walmart to get my money back. gymax wanted $110 to pick up this shitty set from my house !!!! This has a lot turned me off into ordering items from Walmart ! I feel I supported when I call and get different answers from everyone ... can’t wait to be done and get my money back !

This will sound like a broken record, but...................DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a "trusted" Walmart seller/re-seller. We spent almost $1400 on patio furniture. On 4/11 a UPS label was created for delivery on 04/16. Checked tracking number today and UPS hasn't even received the package. "Harold" with Walmart chat wasn't much help. We also received a chat from Wally World that Gymax should provide us a response within 48 hours. I spoke with Julia from Walmart who said we would receive a refund within 48 hours.

I refused and next offer was for $200? still not interested in keeping this product. Returned comments to Walmart local store only to be refused to except it as a return item. Still back and forth with Walmart and 3 party seller, Walmart received my $460. Payment on the day it was ordered on Walmart website. Shame on Walmart for being associated with such a shady outfit. Bought a recliner for my 9 year old. Got an estimated delivery date, only for it to be delayed. Contacted FedEx to ask about it, was told Gymax hasn't even given the item over for delivery yet after 2 weeks! Finally arrived, the recliner was the size of a toilet! Way to small for our child. Tried to return it, was told a shipping label can be issued for $65, which would be taken off refund, or $20 to keep & resell the chair. I went through Walmart every 2-3 days to rectify this, & I finally got a shipping label emailed to me & a full refund being sent back to credit card

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM WALMART!!! This is my first time ordering online from Walmart. I picked Walmart because I though "Walmart is a big company, they will take care of me if there are any issues". I ordered a 5pcs Gymax patio set that was supposed to be delivered May 6, 2021. Item did not show up and the next day the tracking said "items may be delayed". I was upset but assumed that because of covid and patio season delays are normal and will have to be patient. On May 14, 2021 I finally get the delivery from Fedex but it's only the chairs, no table! The package clearly says "box 2 of 2" but there was no other box delivered. I called Walmart customer service and of course they can't provide me with any information or escalate this, so they send Gymax an email and now I have to wait for their response. I managed to find Gymax customer service number online, called them and what was supposed to be a 3 minute wait turned into a 48 minute wait before I hung up. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering but Walmart's main Canadian website had no reviews. Very disappointed in Walmart for not being able to help me and for carrying product from a shit company like GYMAX. I will be sticking to ordering from AMAZON and other retailers.

so like everyone else, received a product that was missing a part. I was able to contact the company who offered to send the part but I would have to wait 6 weeks but I didn't want to do that. It was a lift chair and I needed to use it right away. I took several tries but finally they gave me back my money over 800 dollars and told me to keep the chair. Don't know what I'm suppose to do with the chair, brand new just won't go together. I would also say the quality of the chair is poor and not worth the money. I wouldn't never order on line from walmart again. Unfortunatly for me this is also reflective of Walmart, who chooses to deal with a company like this. Walmart doesn't want to hear from you when there is a problem and are no help what so ever. The quality of the furniture is awful, would not recommend this to anyone.

Yes this company is literally a bag of hot horse poop. Please refrain from purchasing anything from them. It would look like quality and money well spent but it's lemon for your bucks. Seems sweet but utterly bitter, I purchased a spinner from them and they wanted me to use paypal I didn't buy through paypal and I never used paypal, legit companies can return your money through your card or send you a gift card not this company. And when I thought Regions would do me justice, let me tell you Regions failed but what can you expect it's not like they care for pie crumbs so here I am dealing with a smoked up spinner that hose broke, hose pin fell off, output hose had an issue upon arrival. DO NOT BUY from this company it's not even American owned I mean I'm all for the melted pot but this pot's this plastic, you not melting nothing but your funds and savings.

Bought a 14X8 patio tent carport. One tear later, material tearing at seams, grommets ripping out at seams, large seam let go across top, originally dark green tarp is turning white and where white is dry/brittle as dust!!! This has negative ten stars for quality. Walmart must step up and protect their customers who they have lead by the thousands to this 3rd party garbage. If not, boycott Walmart as definitely do not care about who they sell to!!! WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! Can't leave a NO STARS but would if could, this is absolute crap!!!
