Do not use anything coming from GSM King Walmart, or from Walmart actually. I received a completely wrong product. When I called Walmart, a very disengaged "customer service" representative denied knowledge of GSM King and after about 15 minutes of discussion, the rep told me she had other customers waiting and promptly hung up! I will NEVER do this again. What kind of way is that to treat customers? It's only $15, for goodness sakes! Amazon would have said, just keep it or throw it out and we will credit your account. I would rate this outfit and Walmart a zero, if it was available. Walmart.com is not ready for prime time--I will NOT use them in the future unless I'm in the mood to waste my money.

Do not order from GSM King! They will not respond to emails. They won’t accept returns. VERY BAD company. I will never order anything again if I see GSM King as the seller.

The product arrived unusable. Blow-pro hair spray ( travel size) would not spray out..just spit it out. washed the nozzle ,it did not help. would return, but return shipping and the restocking fee would not make sense. ( Then found the full size for the same price elsewhere.)would like a refund!

DON’T order from them! I wish I could give them ZERO stars or less! I purchased Celeb Luxury Extreme Blue colorwash. Item arrived quickly but was unusable! Made my hair look moldy instead of a blue tent. Contacted GSM King and they said no refund even for defective product! I contacted the company that makes the item and was told that GSM King was NOT an authorized seller and the product was either counterfeit, contaminated, or extremely out of date and to STOP using it right away. I then contacted Wal-Mart and had them help with the issue. I also let them know what Celeb Luxury told me about the item. They are now being investigated for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Have not heard back from GSM King!

I ordered Sebastian preset conditioner from GSM king Walmart. I received it in a timely fashion but I noticed that it is two years out of date! The date on the bottom is 4/18. Not happy about that! I think I deserve a refund.
