Growkart

They stole our image off our website to use to sell our own product. I believe one of their scams is to use another store's sale products to then post on one of the many commerce platforms and then dropship it from us (without our permission) to their customer when they sell something. A really bad way to do business all the way around. What a shame.

The company is horrible won't let me return an item that I purchased from Sears website and the reason being someone else bought the family one already so I don't need two of them. Making me pay for shipping it back and it was going to cost 216.00 to ship it back and I only paid 100.00 for the item. Sears won't help me and I charged it on my Sears card . I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will not paid for this item and so I cancelled my credit card with Sears. I will never shop at Sears again. I called Grow Kart and they didn't answer and then they texted me said send them a email and I did and have received nothing from them yet. One unhappy customer..

SAME AS ABOVE reviews!!!! TERRIBLE customer service!!! I am just as angry with Sears!! I ordered over the phone with a Sears representative.. ordered an almost $300 microwave. Called to cancel within hours because I was worried it would not fit in our cabinet space. I was told by Sears that it was cancelled only to get an email the next day saying that it had already been shipped out. I have it in writing from Sears that I would receive a full refund and that the return shipping would be free. However they are now refusing to give the full amount....trying to penalize me 15% for a restocking fee!!!!! NO WAY this is ethical at all!!!! I am not letting this go. VERY WRONG!! I do not want to give any stars!!! But have to click one to even be able to submit! GoKart AND SEARS...you should be ashamed! Pathetic

This company is a complete scam!!! I cannot believe anyone would do business with them!! I hope they go out of business!!

Horrible. I ordered 2 different products. They sent me the same product 2 times. I ordered from WalMart.com . WalMart won't take it back. I can't get a phone number to call to get my return done.

Do not buy anything from this company. And, beware that you are not buying from Walmart even though it appears you are. You are buying from growkart. The false advertise for items that they do not carry and you will never get your item and have to go through hoops to find out what happened and then get a refund that says it may take up to 2 billing cycles to be credited back to debit or credit card!

Terrible. Never received . gave erroneous tracking numbers which showed delivery to different cities. 2 27 pound of pine bark mulch lost i am trying to get a refund never again will i do this business with these deadbeats.

They are pricing a T-fal kettle that sold for $50 at over $500. And the information about the kettle is actually about a pencil sharpener. What is Wal-Mart thinking?

Growkart is trying to sell Tupperware for way more than it actually retails for. Tupperware is not sold in Stores or through companies such as Growkart, Walmart, Sears...etc... . Tupperware is sold by Tupperware! We work hard to keep our name and quality of products. I am a Consultant with Tupperware. It would not let me post without a rating..... NO STARS is my rating, A complete failure!!!!

Not as pictured and WAY overpriced for what it was. RIPOFF!

I found their product on Walmart.com for $121.49. Amazon.com sells the same product for $9.68. Also when contacting grow cart you can't understand a word anybody says.

There should be 0 star rating. Growkart deserves no stars. They posted a completely false product bundle and never admitted the fact or delivered the product. Communication was horrible and issue was never addressed.

wow I wish I had a choice in where my item was coming from since I ordered it from sears!! grow kart sent me confirmation the item was shipped with a tracking number but the tracking number came up with never logged in? item was claiming to be here august 14 th 2 weeks ago, never responding to my inquiries or calls !I really wanted that item and they totally dropped the ball! I did receive a refund to my pay pal account they say but I better check that, they never responded to any reason why? I see why sears is going under doing biz with the likes of these guys! what a scam! bait and switch

STAY AWAY!! Ordered something from them and the item isn't even available! They sent me an email, after it was paid for, and they said due to a "technical issue" this item isn't even something they sell. They said I have to contact the Storefront they sell through and get my money back from them! S C A M!!!!
