Re-orderd black masks and was sent different mask than pictured. Returned masks for refund Received notice from credit card company of the refund. Looked at my account e statement and saw refund on 10/24 in pending. Looked at same account today, 10/25, and it is no longer there. I get a transaction notice from credit card company the refund has been cancelled!! What is going on?

Worked next door to company in NJ. Grocer Depot moved and has not left a forwarding address so that multiple returns could be forwarded for refunds. If you have not received your refund, the return request is probably in the trash.

I did not get the 2 day shipping as advertised by walmart's website. It is delayed as usual. Won't ever order anything from them again.

Ordered face masks on 7/16 with free shipping. I received an email that the item has been shipped with 7/29 as delivery date. It's 7/31 no delivery yet. Where's my order?

Watch out for this company: last month I ordered 1 box of 50 facial masks Made in China for $49.99, "after the ordered was confirmed and was promptly charged to my credit card, I found that the Company charged an additional $55.00 shipping charges".

This Grocer Depot is a fly by night company.... DO NOT USE!!! Ordered 150 pack black masks that cost near $28 Received (3) boxes of 50 of blue masks that when price checked cost less than $20 Then their tax policy; "We collect sales tax on orders from NJ and NY State only" Mine was to neither of those two states but was charged another $2.40 Their return policy; within 30 days after item is delivered and is also to be returnable to store. Went to my local Wal-Mart & they wouldn't accept the return, said it had to go through the seller and they forwarded the return request to Grocer Depot, should hear from them in 48 hours. A week has now passed and no contact. No info with BBB, phone number is out of Miami, FL & the Lakewood, NJ address looks like an apartment complex? The rating isnt worth 1 star
