If I could give 0 stars I would. My children were looking forward to there new sofa beds all week. We moved our old furniture and rearranged items in our home, in hopes on receiving our order. After my packages were a no show on the scheduled date to arrive. To find out that apparently my packages never left the warehouse. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed. What a let down to my little ones as well.

mattress doesn't fit, therefore my side sinks down, constantly stubbing toes.. tonight is the cake topper. I hit so hard, it bled. I am diabetic, God knows if it doesn't heal! Poorly designed frame. I only got bc 18" for storage. please SOMEONE tell me how to contact this company who took me for money..

I purchased the 14 inch round corner king size bedframe . There are sockets for a headboard and little stickers that say headboard socket but no headboard hardwAre. Please advise me as to how I can get the necessary hardware to attach a headboard to my bed frame I do like the frame very much but believe there must be parts missing.
