I bought a swing from hizorion but got the wrong item( whose fault what ever) any way I need to return it for a full refund.....so no reply from these people so I took it to fed ex to return it ...COST ME 80 DOLLARS,,,,and stull NO REPLY and today I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND.......magic words....WE WILL CHECK WITH BILLING ,,,OR WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS ...........where is my money WAL MART you let this COMPANY WORK UNDER YOUR NAME ......well stand up

These people will take a month to return your refund and will NOT PAY YOU YOUR RETURN REFUND ,,,and WAL MART ALLOWS THIS IT TOOK ME ONE MONTH TO GET A REFUND ,,,,,and they SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT,,,,,, THIS IS WHY THE HAVE A ONE STAR RATEING,,,,,,,,also don't ever ask them for the SHIPPING ADDRESS they won't answer you,,,,,,,,,,this is WHAT WAL MART STANDS BEHIND

Send defective item.......Apple peeler which the "cast iron" handle was broke in two.....hmmm cast iron? Going to work on refund now! This may not happen judging but the other reviews but will try. Also letting Walmart know about my concerns and displeasure.

I ordered a TV stand. When I opened the box there are no instructions and no sku number to on the box for me to even search for the instuctions to assembly the entertainment stand. On top of that the item said American Seller but it looks like its coming from China.

Business has been using my home residential address on their business doccuments as an address since 2017. They are a fraudulent business and Walmart needs to stop them.

They claim they accept returns for 30 days, but when you contact them they won’t accept your returns under any circumstance. They just keep replying with excuses until the 30 date is up. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Package delivery used a wrong address to mail our package. The address it was mailed to is not available. Fraud!!!NEVER WILL GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

This company SUCKS!!!!! I tried to cancel an order shortly after I made it. I tried for 3 to 4 days to cancel it. It was delivered to my house 2 hours ago. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HORIZON STRING.

This is the worst company ever I’ve tried and tried to return a product I purchased on line c/o wal mart, they will not let me return there garbage , poorly built dish strainer . Never again will you have my business and you should NOT be allowed to be associated with wal mart no stars, so I guess yu have to leave a star .. trust me this means this site is rigged

Walmart had been of NO help! Even though they still sell HS products! Done with WM! ALSO, HS is in CHINA! Good luck!

AFTER MONTHS AND DOZENS OF EMAILS I NOW GET THIS STANDARD RESPONSE TO EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING THE REFUND THEY PROMISED ME MONTHS AGO "Please contact your local post office for this issue". IF ANYONE KNOWS AN ENTITY THAT WILL GO AFTER AND CLOSE DOWN THESE SCAMMERS, PLEASE POST!!!! I CAN FIND NO ONE WHO WILL DEAL WITH THEM. THEY GET A ZERO RATING - NOT EVEN A HALF A STAR!!!! These are scammers. The product was defective. They at first offered a drill refund or replacement and now after two months of emails back and forth they are only up to offering a 60% refund. Which considering the other reviews now seems like a good deal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEAE SCAMMERS. And shame on Walmart for continuing to partner with them.

I was ordered anti-skid floor mat for computer desk area for Horizon String Inc which use Walmart market place online last December. My order has never been received even though the track info. the company provided stated "delivered". I repeatedly ask Horizon String and Walmart online service to supply me the name of the delivery company with that company's tracking information but they never replied. This is bag business company behavior. How could you received my payment without finally delivered the product? This is not the smart way to earn your money. I am sure that I won't use Walmart Marketplace online any more! Be cautious!

I placed an order through Walmart for a chair only to receive the incorrect chair. I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or email. Walmart place an inquiry on my behalf and still no response from Horizon String Inc.
