Ordered a Pete the Cat doll for my daughter on the 9th , so she can get for Xmas , but they didn’t send it till the 23rd . Merry Xmas to her . What a joke of a company

I canceled a book order from another seller because of a change in shipping date and went this one instead. I ordered the book on 12/8/20, payment & order confirmed and then nothing for weeks. Today (12/22), I finally got a shipping confirmation with no delivery date - great! Guess this Xmas gift won’t be under the tree. Don’t order anything from this vendor - the communication / customer service is really lacking.

Item shipped and then nothing. Tracking number has no information. Iv'e been waiting on the order for two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered with no change to the tracking info and no helpful information from Grand Eagle Retail. Just a "we're sorry you haven't received it yet, wait a little longer."

Ordered Dec 12, shipped Dec 23, received Dec 30. Package was damaged and came from another company. Apparently they don't have items they sell in stock. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place!

This company is a joke. Ordered a toy from walmart but coming from them. Ordered on December 1 order supposedly shipped December 3 but never moved as far as shippong after that. December 23 and still no toy They keep changing the delivery date now to December 29 and January 4 I dont think they know what they are doing

Obviously shipping is an issue with these people. They use some company you've never heard of before and the tracking info is not kept up to date. It's been 10 days after an item was supposed to arrive that I inquired and was told "it's still on it's way" and will be there in another in another 21 days. Yeah, right. The child I was shipping it to won't be there then. By Walmart's rules I can't cancel. I called my credit card company, which almost immediately refunded me my money based on its experience with this company. But the best part was Amazon had the toy and it arrived same day!

Worst experience I've EVER had with a company as a customer. Completely unclear (perhaps just incorrect) product descriptions. I purchased an item thinking it was a kit (pictures are of kit/what it includes, product description is for kit, and I know the kit exists because I've seen it on Amazon or whatnot). It claimed there was only one left in stock and I'm trying to get my little brother a christmas gift so I quickly bought it. Seriously not even two hours later, I noticed the product name didn't really match the description as it said "guide" (as in book? I'm honestly not sure). It also said "4 left in stock," so obvious false advertisement there. I immediately contacted Grand Eagle Retail and asked them to cancel my order and refund my purchase. For me, I would honestly rather just go buy the kit on Amazon where it's CLEAR what I'm going to get. They claimed that, on a Sunday morning and not even two hours after I placed the order, they had already shipped the product and there was just absolutely no way to cancel the order :'(. It's been a legitimate shitshow dealing with them ever since. So save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM GRAND EAGLE RETAIL. Their idea of customer satisfaction is laughable. Canceling a product has never been so hard in my life. They basically said boo hoo read better. Like, excuse me? I'm not even kidding, I blocked these people from emailing me because it's been so horrible. Thankfully, my bank has been nice and super helpful, unlike this company.

do not use grand eagle reatil. they sell items they do not have. ordered david bowie monopoly on 12/4. 12/14 they email saying they wont have the item for seven more days and i will not reciev until jan/feb 2021. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Don’t use this company. Read all the negative reviews. Don’t use this company. I ordered a couple of books and never received them. The tracking information shows they were shipped and delivered to a residence in another state. I live in Texas but they shipped them to Las Vegas, Nevada! Don’t use this company!

Do not order from this company as they are at best incredibly stupid or at worst completely dishonest. They prepare a label for your shipment almost immediately but then nothing else ever happens. The shipment is NEVER hander over to the shipping company. The customer service representatives respond to messages with cut and paste text that does not respond to the question/issue.

Ordered and took longer than 2 weeks shipper stated to arrive. The tracking kept saying delayed and did not update I called WalMart and literally while speaking to them I check one last time and said delivered. While Walmart customer service was on phone I checked the mailbox and merchandise was there. The merchandise was in perfect shape. Have 3 stars because shipping was slow and getting status on tracking was non existent. I’d suggest they choose a different shipping company.

Look, I should have checked reviews before i bought through them. My package was supposed to be here already, so i contacted them and they said give it a week and while I am going to, I really just want a refund because the tracking still has not updated and they made it clear they would do nothing even though the package is late. I can't even cancel.

Horrible Seller it takes them 3 weeks to ship something that should of been here a week ago, crappy customer service in answering emails. I complained to Walmart about them. Stay away wish i could of seen the reviews before I ordered but got lucky and got my full money back from Walmart. Do yourselves a favor and stay away. The way they shipped it was like it was coming from china or something, half the time tracking was never updated. an Epic Fail company!! FFFFFFF-

Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them. Walmart was no help either. They both said the book shipped, but tracking says it did not ship. I’m so upset with this horrible company.

Buyer beware! This seller is dishonest and will take your money whenever possible. I tried to return a book I didn't order (because of a poor, inaccurate book listing) and they said it never got to them...kept my money. Don't trust them.

Very poor service. I ordered this on Sep 13, the courier waited for merchandise from them for a week and did not get my item to ship it until 9/21. But yet i am notified on 9/16 that is was shipped? I am really confused why it took that long to get it to DHL to ship it? No notice of a delay.
