Ordered a product from them 4 days ago. Still have not received shipping notice. This is not a good sign.

I ordered solar flood lights from them on June 3rd. USPS tracking stalled out in Atlanta on June 7th. When I contacted the company via Walmart customer service on June 11th expecting to be issued a replacement order I instead received an email asking me to “be patient.” I contacted Walmart customer service yet again on June 15th when no further tracking updates had happened and no order had been received and was told replacements were at the sellers discretion and they referenced the sellers (GPED Inc) “be patient” email. I then opted for a full refund as my patience had run out. In light of my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. 0/5 rating, but I am forced to give them 1 star on the rating system.

GPED INC is the seller I bought my ABSOLUTELY AMAZING floodlight through the Walmart app. USPS, broke it in the process of getting it to my home, (USPS has been giving us issues and harassment for about 5 months now, since buying our 1st home,) anyways, I reached out to GPED INC, just in case I didn't receive the floodlight i ordered from them, with the information, and the email the Postmaster sent, stating that the, "Postman has a right to keep my mail and/or packages at their discretion." Which we ABSOLUTELY know is illegal, but anyways. We didn't want ANOTHER company losing money, due to their negligence. GPED INC, immediately emailed us back, even gave us their number to contact them, so that if we didn't receive our floodlight on the promised delivery date, we could contact them! We were ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with this customer service! Well, SUPRISINGLY, not only did we get out floodlight BEFORE the promised delivery date, BUT USPS delivered it on a SUNDAY! We were so EXCITED! Unfortunately, USPS busted it, BUT GPED INC, IMMEDIATELY emailed us back, when we told them, we sent pictures, and we COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEM! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES WE'VE EVER HAD! They even gave us the tracking number and said to contact them if we have ANY issues with the replacement! GPED INC, IS TRULY A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND TAKES EXCEPTIONAL CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS! THANK YOU GPED INC! I apologize, I'm leaving another email, because my primary email has my full name and has been hacked several times! I got an alert today that it was breached!

The antenna I ordered is not what I received. It is a bate and switch. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a 4 arm grow light on a pedestal and received a Swiffer floor mop.....based the reviews above, these guys seem to be a bad joke..

I bought and received a defective faucet. I tried to return the item at which point the seller told me that "returns are a hassle" and offered me $15 as compensation and I could keep the $42 faucet? I told him absolutely not! The next email I received from them said "It is troublesome to return the product, we are willing to full refund you, could you keep it?" I replied that's fine as long I am fully refunded the $42.64. I didn't hear back for a couple of days so I sent another email asking when I should be expecting a refund? I was told "we will refund your order amount of $39.95, we do not refund taxes, it it ok?" I told them yes. 2 more days went by before I received another email. This one says "How about a direct refund to the account you paid for this order? May I?" Unsure of what that meant, I replied please refund my money back to my original card and not my Walmart account. I never had so many problems doing a return. If I don't receive my refund, I will be reporting this issue to Walmart and the BBB. I never heard back from them. So today, I called Wal-Mart, explained all the problems I was having and they gave me a full refund! They are also doing a full investigation on the company
