Same thing for me. I got an IRobot for Christmas. Looked used and doesn't work. They will not make it good and Walmart will not make it good either. I am disappointed that Walmart stands for this.

Don't buy from GOYGOY! I ordered a new vacuum cleaner, and it was obviously used as well as broken. I'm disappointed Walmart would use this vendor. It took months of bugging them before I finally received a shipping label so I could return it. The reason they put for my return was "Buyer Changed Mind." I didn't change my mind; I never wanted a used, broken vacuum.

shipping date changed without notifying the customer and the answer when the Dyson v10 was returned was that it is either the customer's fault or Walmart's fault. ZERO customer service. Walmart is making a mistake allowing sellers like this to use their platform. Hopefully, Walmart reads reviews and acts accordingly.

SCAM ARTIST. He buys new items on eBay and returns used items saying they were not as described. BUYING FROM HIM PROMOTES HIS POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!

Ordered a vacuum on Walmart's website through this vendor, the completely wrong item was shipped, I ordered a Bissel Stick vacuum on sale for $185 (reg. $249) and was sent a hand vacuum (reg. $39) Walmart issued a refund which is great, but now my only option is to re-buy somewhere else without the sale price.

Hey Goygoy, i just sent you over $1200 for 2 Dyson HP 04’s. Turns out they’re Canadian models. Temp readout is in Celcius and can’t be changed. My $20 thermostat switches between the two at the touch of a button. But not these beauties. You should know that before shipping.
