Absolutely HORRIBLE service...from this company AND Walmart customer service. I placed an order with this company via Walmart. The item was not what was expected and I have tried repeatedly to contact both Walmart and Gotham City Online customer service directly to facilitate a return. i have never had a response from ANYONE. Ironically I did get an automated request from Walmart customer service asking me to review the product and service. Lights are on and nobody's home. DO NOT order from this company. And I hesitate now to order via Walmart. If something goes wrong you have no recourse when if no on will respond to your requests.
