I ordered a Christmas tree at end of November. They wanted for a week to ship it. Now it delayed and the delivery company has know idea why.

Saw a Scythe on walmart.com ordered it was dumped on porch. No paperwork just picture looked had drawn. The solid wood handles had holes in them broken,unsafe! I called the vidaexel and some lady said she'd email a sticker for return. I told her I was in quarteen, had no printer. Was told Wal.mart couldn't help! Library's closed...she never mailed so I filed dispute at bank. I also called Walmart distribution and was promised three times they'd refund. Waited three weeks. Went to store showed pictures Couldn't help. Unbelievable they would send this dangerous quality of merch. They are stealing ! By sending unusable junk in midst of Pandemic!!! Out 106.00 pass this on! I know my family is not using Walmart their crooks. Going to spread this with pictures to anyone...everyone !!!! Going talk to Lawyer I'll sue because their crooked! Not worthy of rating not on scale! Minus 110 crooks!

I actually would give ZERO stars. This was my first purchase from Walmart.com from a 3rd party seller. This company misrepresents items they are selling. I ordered 3 beach towels that were $17.99 each. Upon receipt there were three satin material cloths. Nothing like a beach towels at all. The Customer Service Mgr in store at Walmart was appalled that this company even listed the items as beach towels. Upon trying to return, I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping and it could take 1/2 month to obtain a refund. They offered 30% return. This is horrendous. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. Very disturbing and disappointing.

Your Compacy sucks order on the 8th never got it and it's the 22th You Suck grandson will have a sad Christmas...

I ordered through Walmart something that came from this company. The address label on my order was missing my name and po box number. The post office sent it back for insufficient address information. I'm in process of trying to get this resolved.

Order placed May 9, shipment should be delivered May 18-22nd. Order not received by the 26, contacted Walmart customer services. Was asked to wait and give company a chance to answer. They did not answer their phone nor did they answer the email. Horrible customer service to be under Walmart’s umbrella!

Yet another Wal-Mart rip off 3rd level seller. Item kept being delayed. Finally got delivery date, which kept changing. Still have not received. Wal-mart needs to drop these 3rd level sellers, because they are all worthless . Plus if you get product and not satisfied wal-mart is no longer interested in helping "THEIR" customer. you are on your own to resolve the problem. Goodworld and Wal-mart both are RIP OFFs.

This company has given Walmart a bad name. I order 1 item, the shipping cost me $42 on a $42.99 plus tax $90. I recieved a date when it was going to be delivered, by June 2nd. I was informed that it was delivered to me on May 19th. Which is not true. How could it take 4days ? I just placed the order on the 15th. I have been given the run around being a senior citizen. I can't seen to get any assistant from neither sides. I will not be doing business with Walmart any longer. Needless to say Wamart was one of my favorite stores.

Bought what I thought was a garden cart but only received a tarp. The listing on walmart.com did not say that it was just for a tarp. They made it seem like it was for the whole thing. Tried returning it but haven't heard anything back. Its been a few weeks.

horrible service. ordered a couple of items and they cancelled my order the next day stating images were wrong when its all a lie.

ur poor judgement to do business with walmart is giving your company a realllly bad look. i ordered ur sunflower adjustable laptop table on 9 jan ‘21.. after two delivery date changes vy walmart still no pkg JUST LIES & NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Company is terrible ordered a product, as now it’s vanished and they aren’t even able to provide any assistance

I ordered an electronic writing tablet through this company. I waited and it showed it was delivered to my house, never got it. So I contacted the company and they send another one never got that one the morons delivered it to New Jersey I live in Staten Island. The item cost $4 but I'm pissed off because my son was waiting for it. They're rip off Do not order from these people they're incompetent.

Ordered a coffee table, only to find out it was made for a doll. Table was extremely small and it cost 169.00. Horrible products.

Ordered a nightstand and received the wrong item. I tried calling but it never connects to a person. I’ve been actively emailing since February and have been told they would send a replacement (never came). Last week I was told they refunded my money and it would be in my account in 1-3 business days (never refunded). This is a shady “business”. They don’t deserve one star. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered a fetal heart monitor for my daughter so we could hear baby's heartbeat. Was supposed to be delivered on April 8th, then said the 9th, and now says the 12th. Ordered 2 weeks ago, and the tracking shows that it hasn't left Inglewood CA since the day I ordered it. If it's not here on Monday, guess I will have to order one on Amazon so I can actually get it in a day or two. Do not reccomend ordering from this company.

Paid in full when order was placed. Inaccurate tracking. Plus said it was delivered, IT WASN'T DELIVERED TO ME!! Contacted Walmart, since you don't speak with customers. Nobody knows where my 48 piece order is!!! Disgraceful. If not resolved, will report to the BBB!!!
