I bought a sirenhead plush from Walmart through your good point Trading. It said I received it today. But no.. it was delivered to someplace in Findley Ohio according to the tracking number I was given. I don't want a refund what I want is the item I ordered sent to my address. Horrible for the simple fact 8 ordered something from this place and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/3/2021 And I used 2 day service and it is now the 10th okay and no item and I can't get any information and I tried calling customer service and it sent me to a cell phone voicemail this is ridiculous I would like Product but ain't this point I don't think I will get Product or my money back at this point don't order from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience and Horrible service.

Never ever order anything from Goodpoint trading. They refuse to cancel my orders and refund my money! Good luck getting whatever you ordering. I have no idea why Walmart would ever let them be a Walmart seller. I giving a rating of 1star because it’s the lowest score. I would rather give a zero.

I order through Walmart and its been 3weeks and no product. Walmart gold me it was lost in shipping but the Goodpoint told me that it is being delivered but no date is available. They already pulled the money from my account. I told them to cancel my order and they refuse. I will most likely never get the product I order so what they are telling me is I have to eat the money I paid for something I’ll never get! This is unacceptable and shame on Walmart for continuing to work with them!

This company is a fake company. the number you call is for some sort of insurance company. They will not answer your emails because they do not want you to return the items nor will they give you a refund even though they say they will. Never ever buy from this company!! Wal mart will not help you. They are total scammers and I give them a 0 rating but I only had a 1-5 option on this site
