These people are a complete sham. The scam the system by putting your order in "shipped" status so that Walmart won't allow you to cancel the order. So you're forced with waiting for the item to arrive, which it never does. I will be going to the FTC about them to get this stopped.

Do not trust this company! I bought a Roomba about three weeks ago, and there hasn't been any answer or update about my order. FedEx shows my order as "Pending", but the item has not been shipped to them yet. I am so unsatisfied with this experience.

Same as everyone else. Ordered item, shipping label created but nothing shipped. Walmart won’t give me the item for the same price I paid or give me a gift card for the difference as it’s “not their fault” that a third party seller through their website is fraudulent. Now it’s Christmas and I am screwed. Thanks goldbox!

An item purchased through Walmart online, promised by 11/23/2020, has still not been received as of 12/3/2020, FedEx says continually says the estimated delivery date is "pending", which possibly means the seller has only created a label, but not shipped the item, yet I have already been charged for it. It was not clear when I ordered that I was going through a 3rd party vendor & not directly through Walmart, and I had to delete my Walmart app in order to use the mobile Walmart online website in order to even track my order.

TRULY A 0 OUT OF 5 BUT THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. Order placed via Walmart on 11/25. Order indicated a delivery of 12/2 and did not indicate it was being shipped by a 3rd part (GoldBox). The total amount of nearly $500 was charged to my card immediately and by 11/27, the order was placed in a shipped status with a pending delivery date. Only the label was produced by GoldBox, but the item was never tendered to FedX. I have been waiting 4 weeks and have sent two emails, which have not been answered. I plan on rendering from a reputable company and filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company based on these facts. Shame on Walmart to use a company like GoldBox. I will NEVER order anything from Walmart again as they are just as much to blame for their lack of screening, follow up, and misleading their customers with the information they provide on line.

Wow. Came here to get answers about my product and apparently I have fallen victim to this scam as well. Bought an iRobot from walmart on Dec. 1st and still have not received the product. I have tried to email 3 different times and have gotten NO response. There is no phone number to call and I am just out $160. Wish I could give this 0 stars as well. I am not happy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company and customer service. They obviously take your money and run. Ordered a $200 product and received an email from Walmart stating it would be received in 6 days. Turns out this was the terrible third party seller (I didn't know I was ordering from a third party seller), who never even delivered the product to the shipping facility. For over a month this order has been listed as delayed. Walmart has tried to contact the seller three times. Walmart doesn't even want to take responsibility for their behavior. They need to cut ties with this seller immediately.

Fuck these people. They gypped me out of $160 for a Roomba as well. Never buy anything from Wal-Mart online again. I tried to file a credit card dispute, but that got rejected & the charge got reversed. I'm filing a consumer complaint with my state AG's office & may also contact a TV consumer reporter to expose goldboxonline as an outright fraud...
