I ordered the Peppa Pig desk with storage space from Wal-Mart.com got an E-Mail saying it had been delivered but delivered to someone else. I contacted UPS and Wal-Mart.com in hopes to either get the item or a refund. Apparently the tracking number didn't match with the address or name on the package. We'll see how this goes but I'm pretty sure I'll never order from this company again.

Sent my order to someone else. Fedex had the tracking order but not in my name I was told another would be sent. A week later I received an email from these people saying it was sent to me. Obviously they don't know what they're doing. I have made a formal complaint. They work through Walmart, but with this kind of service I doubt they will continue. So now I still don't have my product and it's been well over a month.

Received the incorrect pattern and size on a set of Corelle dishes. I had to finally contact Walmart to get a response from them. They have sent me email instructions for the return but no mention if they plan to send correct product. I agree with the previous review...they do not seem very organized.

Wal-Mart credited my account for Gene's Vitamin E creme that was to have arrived heer the end of January 2021 as I never received it. They had it deducted from my credit card account. Is there any way I can reorder the product? I love that creme and have been unable to find it anywhere!

Item showed shipped but we never received and the and the follow up is substandard. I think Walmart may need to look into this and try to get a fix as this seems like a reoccurring issue from reviewing other reviews. Don't waste peoples time if the product is not available or if you are unable to completely satisfy customers orders. UNREAL

I ordered some barstools through walmart.com. I received a shipment confirmation one morning and then just a few hours later received a delivery notification. Nothing was delivered. The tracking details said the package weighed 1.5lbs, it should have weighed over 30. They never actually shipped anything. Walmart said there were only 3 left when I ordered which is how many I needed, after my order was processed it went to sold out. After I received the delivery notification it went back to "only 3 left." Total scam. Thankfully Walmart refunded my money.
