I ordered curtains for my daughter's room. When the curtains arrived it was not the print I ordered. I contacted Walmart and they could not get a hold of the company. Totally unacceptable business practice. Do not order from GCKG!

UNACCEPTABLE that an order placed 9/6 is due to arrive 10/16. Tracking number is less than useless as there have been no updates since 9/10 and is now 12 DAYS later. Wal Mart should deep six this supplier NOW!

Ordered and was charged on the 22nd. Email said would be here the 10th. Contacted them and now they say next week because post office is backed up? Never using these guys again. I thought Walmart vetted their vendors but I guess not. 1 star is too generous but I couldn't pick zero.

Terrible... charged my credit card, sent me an email that my item shipped and now the tracking information doesn’t pull up any information. Walmart is unable to get ahold of them.

I ordered 4 round beach towels. The towels should have arrived a month later. Received useless tracking number. Never received the items!

Terrible customer service skills. Waiting on my order still, may or may not get it. Sent a useless tracking number. No updates on order since I placed it, has been over 2 weeks with not one update as to where it is. Have asked them multiple times as to where my order is and never have gotten an answer, just the run around. I could be understanding if it is going to take a while, I just want to know an update where it is which they will not tell me . Never ordering from this company again. Hope walmart looks into them better.
