Purchased a Kiwano KO1 from these folks, which they advertise as having a 1-year manufacturer warranty. About 4 months into ownership, I started to experience problems with the product; Kiwano themselves ghosted so I had no choice but to try to find a resolution by contacting the seller. Unfortunately GamerCandy followed suit and decided to wash their hands on the issue. After numerous emails, phone calls and being strung along for months, I got stuck with a defective $500 toy that's just barely 6 months old. Just know that if you ever purchase anything from GamerCandy, do so at your own risk while not banking on a warranty.

my order is supposed to been here December 29th and it's still not here and then when I look on the Walmart is still just sitting there and it's going it's January 1st and I still do not have my son game for his Christmas present

Worst company I have ever TRIED to deal with. I spent over $2000 with this company and they can even answer a phone or return a call about a concern of defective items. This company will send you broken items and give you no support whats so ever. STAY AWAY

I ordered the Ghost Recon: Wildlands Triforce Ghost Edition set and the game from them through Walmart.com. Some how the delivery was marked with no way for me to change the delivery options in my UPS account and I couldn't have it left at my door. So I contacted GamerCandy via email and voice mail and they responsed to me within an hour. Since UPS would not allow me to change my delivery, someone at GamerCandy contacted UPS and had it changed for me so the package would be delivered to my nearest UPS strore later that same day. Great customer service. I received everything I ordered in working condition.

Ordered the wrong item by mistake. Attempted to cancel the order with in the hour and was told no that the item was already processed, however the tracking system on walmart.com said it was not. Told to return the item for a refund. Took the item to my local Wal-Mart with in 30 minutes of it arriving to return. I was told my refund would be issued in 5 to 7 days. It has definitely been more than 7 day and I still haven't seen my refund. Tracking tells me the item was returned to the facility and signed for 4 days ago.

Game came quick, but charges restocking fee and shipping to return game. I can't play the game on my set up and too expensive to return to seller... just FYI.
