Fyrelime

I will never buy from Fyrelime again. I ordered a gift for my grandson on November17th and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I had to email them on 2 occasions and they did not comply with either of their promises of delivery! They're good at excuses but poor at providing any kind of delivery efficiency. I don't like the fact that Walmart just washes their hands of their 3rd party vendor problems.

Same here. I ordered playing cards for my card group that I give every Christmas. No cards, no response to multiple inquiries and no return of funds. As a business owner I would never treat my customers as such. If I could I would rate 0/10 also! Isn't there a law against this? Hmmmm

Don't buy off this company I ordered a pair off pants over a month ago and have not received them and can't can't a hold of no one to get a refund. They are scammers

very poor ! ordered gasket for a blender came damaged and wrong size! It took for ever to get here, Walmart should not use them as a vendor!!

Order a Christmas gift for my nephew on 11/22. A shipping label was printed on 11/25 and they notified me that it shipped. My credit card has been billed. Carrier never received it. Contacted Walmart and they sent me an email stating that Fyrelime was contacted on my behalf and would respond to me in 48 hrs...that was a week ago! Status at Walmart still shows "Delayed". Horrible!

I ordered a pair of tights over the summer through the Walmart.com .. it was early August, I believe. I've reached out to the company through the Walmart on several occasions. I've never heard back from them, received my tights, nor have I received a refund. I can't stand online shopping for this reason .. It's super unkewl to take advantage of your customers during such a terrible time .

Do not buy from this vendor! Leaves tracking number but the item never moves. Doesn't go to the postal service. All reviews of this vendor are the same. Too bad you cannot leave or see a review until after you you become part of the scam.

DO NOT BUY. FRAUD. This seller is not actually shipping. They take the orders but shipment never leaves. I ordered from them through walmart.com but the order did not ship. The listed phone line is DISCONNECTED. The emails are not returned. Walmart.com is a shady business where the company takes ZERO responsibility for 3rd party sellers' actions.

I as well wish I would’ve read reviews, got my pool stick today, BROKEN! If they can replace it with a unbroken one I can change my tune on my opinion of them until then, they SUCK!

Ordered an anchor mid July, no information until I called the customer service line in mid August, then told it would be shipped the next day. It is now September 4, I attempted to call fyrelime, one ring call disconnected (3 attempts), sent a text and visited their facebook page, no response. I need the anchor by 9-8. I would leave a zero star rating but it is not an option. I am amazed Wal-Mart is associated with them. I now know to use Prime instead of the imitation brand.

I also wish I'd read the previous reviews prior to ordering.. This *has* to be a scam. I'd be amazed if you received anything from them at all. I ordered an item in June, never received it . I contacted them after the estimated delivery date, and like everyone else, got a response that the Fedex driver didn't scan the package, and that they'd send me another one with new tracking info. Of course I never got anything, and after several more weeks, I messaged them again to get no response. I then asked for a refund and got nothing after over another week. Dug through junk mail just to be sure. I ended up having to contact Walmart themselves to finally get a refund. Do NOT order from this seller. You will NOT get your item.

A word to the wise, do not deal with this company. We placed an order last month, a UPS call tag was created and it was never shipped. One phone number cannot be accessed and the other always has a busy signal. They do not contact you as they promise Walmart. I am surprised Walmart even uses them as a supplier. I had to cancel my order through Walmart.

Ordered an item through Walmart on June 21st. It was supposed to be delivered by July 2nd. It's now July 9th. Called Walmart, they said they would contact the vendor. I called the post office in Painesville OH, they say they never receive the package (sound familiar?)! Called Walmart and got the vendor contact information. The phone number does not work. The "chat" function on their web site does not work. I'm going to cancel the order.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order. I received notice that the package had shipped but the PO verified that they never received it. After the due date I contacted Walmart who said they'd get in touch with the seller (Fyrelime) to get it straightened out and that I'd hear from the seller within 24 hours. No response from the seller after 24 hours so I emailed them directly. No response. Got back in touch with Walmart who did the right thing and issued me a refund. So now I'll have to reorder from a reputable seller. Walmart should ban Fyrelime.

Same as the last review. This company SUCKS. ALWAYS AN EXCUSE its always the carrier. Yes they answer your emails and make promises but don't deliver. Ordered April 4th promised delivery April 16th. It's now April 26th and still no delivery. Walmart you have lost another customer. I won't even walk into one of your stores if this is how you treat a customer. Thanks for nothing!

Does this seller even have any merchandise to sell??? I paid more than 10% of the total cost of the item for expediting the shipping of a downrigger riser. 3 days before the date I was promised I would receive it I emailed Fyrelime asking why it had not made it to the post office yet and explained that it was very important that I get it by that date. I got nothing back. On the date I was supposed to have received my item I called the Post office in Ohio (from Washington) that the shipment was being sent from and they informed me that the shipment never made it to them. I then spent 2 and a half hours on the phone trying to cancel my order and get a refund. Walmart told me that I would get an email in 24 hours or to call bac k. No email. Called back and this time it was only 45 minutes on the phone.

0-----I ordered through Walmart on Nov. 28. I got an e-mail that I would receive the gift Dec. 11: nothing yet, and it's almost the end of January. I e-mailed again; supposedly, the package was at the USPS hubb in Cleveland. I hear nothing from them except when I track the package, it is delayed. I could have walked to Cleveland by now. !

This is yet another negative review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POS COMPANY. Product ordered and my card was billed. Product supposedly shipped. Tracking shows it 'accepted' at Painsville OH. Three weeks later it is still there. Messages go unanswered. SLOPPY if not outright fraudulent.

I don’t know why WALMART accept them as seller for their company. Don’t bother wasting your time and money with these LOUSY company. Too trouble went through to get my the right products I have purchased.

Beware this company ! I ordered a toy for Christmas and just as the other reviews =I never received product. It was suppose to be held up in Ohio postal just like many other reviews. After first email they responded then after that no reply for refund. I contacted Wal Mart for refund. I think this company may be a scam. I wanted to give them NO star!

I ordered everything on line through Walmart this year for Christmas and everything arrived except one item. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The only thing she talked about for weeks that she wanted. It has been a month now. I have sent 3 emails to Walmart which were forwarded to Fyremire. I was told I would receive a response within 48 hours and have heard nothing. I have sent 2 emails to Fyremire directly and have heard nothing. Beyond Frustrated and want to know when the item will be delivered.

My review will reflect all of the other reviews left by customers that were scammed by this company. After waiting what seemed like an inordinate amount of time for my item to move from “ shipping label created” to shipped, contacted Walmart and asked for and received a refund. I then contacted the post office in Painesville OH. to have them do some checking. They stated that a shipping label had been created and that the item was never given to them to ship. So this POS company took my money , went so far as to create a shipping label, I am sure to make it look like item was coming, then just went about their actual business of scamming more people without delivering on any of it. Where is my order #3712129-310583? You claimed to ship it on the 15th of April. All the tracking says is delayed. You have no customer service. Walmart has no customer service. Fix this.
