I ordered a blood pressure monitor in August. Received it later than promised, however, I could get the device to power on. I returned it in-store, was told that when Fymall receive the item i would be refunded. It has been over a month. I have 'contact the seller' twice via Walmart.com and received an auto response email stating Fymall will contact me within 48 hours. So far, I have yet to be contacted or receive the refund. I am very disappointed - ZERO stars - POOR-TO-NON-EXISTENT service

Dont waste your money. They will barter with you for a refund and tell you to give the item to a friend because shipping back 1 shirt will cost too much. Cheaply made clothing that was too small anyways.

Buyer Beware read reviews first. Poor quality clothing. Don’t waste money. Does not take returns try’s offering 20-30% refund. Doesn’t qualify for even one star but can’t review.

I ordered a wireless phone charger that mounted to the air Vent . We never received it , the tracking said that they delivered it but , it was not . we ordered it through Walmart and sent your company a message and never received a response. We are currently out $19.99 for the item we never received. We do not know who was your shipping service for our package. so we don't know who to hold accountable . We would like to have the charger but don't want to pay 2 times. Your immediate response to this matter would be appreciated. currently your rating has no stars

I too have ordered a product from this company thru Wal-Mart. Ordered it for a Christmas gift and am yet to receive it. I try to track my order it says it's been delivered but if it was then someone else got my product. I've tried numerous time to contact them and for the pass 4 days still nothing. I guess Wal-Mart just got a zero star in my book. So very disappoint.

The reviews I just read are very disappointing to say the least. I purchased a dress on clearance through Wal-Mart.....was given a date to expect it and actually got it earlier than I was suppose to. I love the dress and want to exchange it because I need a bigger size. I also want to order an additional one in a different pattern. So here's the problem....i paid $8.79 (again, it's a clearance item) and now it shows the dresses being over $35!! I also see no way of contacting Fymall but I haven't tried going through Walmart yet.... *feeling discouraged, wanting those dresses at the price I paid* I don't know what to rate this since I'm only at the start of the return/exchange process. I think if Wal-Mart or any company for that matter is going to allow outside sellers to sell through them then they (Walmart) needs to have/take some responsibility when we (the customer!) are having difficulties like mine as well as everyone who told their stories in these reviews. I am going to hope that I am the exception LMAO and that Fymall will take care of me in this situation...wish me luck!

Same issue as others on here...ordered 2 BBQ grills and were "shipped" somewhere else. No reply from company but Walmart chat representative was helpful. Waiting on refund from Walmart.

Its most likely you created all of the reviews , no where to be found is my smoker.walmart #6091912-994763 the tracking # was for something that weight is less then 1 LB # 9200190240609329901880 Item ID #181537459. so much for my birthday grill out.

Horrible service I live in Florida and ordered a bbq grill as a Christmas gift. Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to an email stating that it had been delivered. Of course I looked outside and no grill. I checked the tracking and it was delivered in Texas. I emailed them and no surprise I haven’t heard anything from them. I went so far as going to the post office, who were nice enough to check. Seems the package had my name on it but a mailing address was indeed for a Texas address. So merry Christmas to whoever received the grill

One star because I could not leave a review without rating. I ordered a computer and had a delivery date of the 12th. I received a delivery confirmation on the 6th to my surprise no package at my house. Track the package and it was delivered in CA! Delivery state is MI. When I contacted them asap they told me they would issue a refund. It has been 6 days and NO refund and they will not respond to my emails

NO STARS!!! Do not order from this seller...I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Ditto for what all the other reviews say...same things happened to me. They are not reliable, ethical, or trustworthy...do yourself a favor and avoid this seller like the plague!!

One star becasue zero isnt an option. Never got the laptop computer I ordered and cant get any response as to where it is. Though it says it was delivered. Nope. Was here at the exact time it was suposed to be delivered. Garbage criminals. I will be contacting my cc company to deny the charges now...

Avoid seller. Item was shipped to wrong city. Walmart Customer Service 1-800-925-6278 called seller; no answer from seller; Walmart Customer Service told me to call them back in 24 hours if no answer and/or response from seller, they would refund my purchase. I called Walmart Customer Service 48 hours later; was told to speak with Alexia with Resolution Center to refund purchase; Alexia reviewed the case, and processed a full refund/credit to my credit card.

I will never again order from this company Fymall. I honestly believe they know that they are not shipping items to the correct address with hopes that you will not pursue getting your items. Walmart I am very disappointed in you all to continue to use such a mistrusting company.

Ordered 2 laptops they had on sale for black friday through walmart app. After 1 whole they cancel my purchase claiming they were out of stock..day after they cancelled my order they were selling same laptop for double the price. Wouldnt doubt they had product probably didnt want to take loss..falsely advertise not reliable. So disappointed. Being nice by giving them 1 star.

Don't buy these 2 pair Zipper Pressure Compression Socks Support Stockings Leg - Helps Circulation, Varicose Veins, Swollen Legs $12.88 I waited for almost 2 weeks and when I finally got them they were not what they said as they were supposed to be lg-Xlg .. I contacted them ASAP as well as Walmart only to be getting a run around. They want to give me only 30% then 50% I want to send them back but they refuse to send me a paid return label. I'm been in contact with Walmart and nothing in re guards to having Fymall put the money back on my Walmart card .So Friends the old saying is "BUYER BEWARE!" And Walmart needs to be more protective to their customers as I was going through them not Fymall
