FURNITURE MANIA

Bought a lift chair and 3 year warranty through Walmart. Piece broke on chair in 8 month. Warranty company refuses to pay for it, saying manufacturer warranty should apply for first year. Found email address and 2 phone numbers. Both email and phone numbers were bogus. Now I am stuck with a lift chair my invalid mother can't use and can't afford another one. Walmart should stop using these suppliers and I should be entitled to get my money back at least for the worthless warranty. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I will get my money back in my bank too , same as above review basically... the sofa I bought, the back leg shattered, they did not respond to me, I submitted a form to let them know what happened, they said they did not get it, basically no repair or refund, just lame excuses, their company should be called Maniacs!

Absolutely horrible experience and nonexistent customer service. I ordered waited and after delivery date passed they said not only was it never sent, it was damaged, later said out of stock... not sure which was true. I wrote a bad review, they begged me to rescind the bad review and fast ship a different chaise instead. I agreed. AGAIN it never arrived. They are unresponsive. I never got refunded and now they’re lying saying it was credited to my credit card. My statement shows it was not. Absolutely the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! One star is too many!!
