Ordered something weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered the 17th of November and it's now delayed with no updates... complete bullshit. Only left 1 star because you need a star to leave a rating.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM ARTIST! They will sit on your order for weeks without any communication! No One contacts customer from INNOVATION SQUARE LLC. They will pretend to ship the order & send a fake notification its waiting to be picked up by a carrier. Then you'll receive another notification your package is PENDING pickup and then you don't hear ANYTHING ELSE from them. FUCKED UP way to do business. I want the product I ordered, Walmart showed it is IN STOCK, NO BACKORDER, NO PROBLEM. Then The company who has the product never does it's job. SOMEONE BETTER GET BUSY AND DO THEIR FUCKING JOB! THEFT OF WALMART CUSTOMERS MONEY - NO PRODUCT WAS EVER SENT OR RECEIVED BY THE PURCHASER!!! this does not deserve a one star rating....NO RATING, cant submit reveiew without pushing on a star rating.... 0 RATING!!!!! Dont order from this company! you'll never see your order and according to one other persons won't get your refund either. No wonder there is so much crime in this world with companies like INNOVATION SQUARE, LLC CROOKS

Tried to return an order placed through Walmart on a gift my daughter bought me. It was a kids sized shirt rather than a plus size shirt she ordered. It was a product through Innovation Square LLC. Walmart online could not process my return, said to bring directly to the store, which I did. The store said they could not accept my return and to contact the online seller and gave me a website. I tried the website and it turned out to be a phony address. I tried looking up the company online to no avail. I called a number on the slip Walmart gave me. Guess who I called - WALMART. Spoke to a representative explaining the hassle I was having and he said he would contact the seller directly. When he came back on the line, he told me that I would receive a return label by email within 48-hours. Let's see how that works out and if I get a credit. I would not recommend this seller, make sure you know who you are dealing with.

Item processed on 7/9/2020, now way passed refunding date Transaction #4422086216841 Amount $14.04 Ongoing issue Have statement proof that this refund not credited to my Credit 1 account. Absolutely shady practice. Clearly theft .
