Refunds not honored!!!!

Don’t buy anything from this seller. It’s a scam!!! They don’t have items listed on the Wal-Mart.com. And will send you whatever they have available. (Also known as FRAUD).When you ask for a refund they try & “haggle” with you as a street vendor might do. It’s shameful we are subjected to this during this pandemic. Wal-Mart should severe ties with this “company. If they don’t their allowing their customers to be scammed,!!! Rating should be zero.

Inside shipping envelope bathing suit was rolled up in a well used wrinkled old ziploc bag. No tags on bathing suit. Size was XL when L was ordered!!! Disgraceful!

I orderered something and could not return at Walmart. This is a 3rd party ! I have not gotten a response how how to return.

This guy is a joke and Walmart is the same, No help anywhere. I ordered this on April 29th and it is now May 16th and this is the email I got from him when I wanted to cancel the order (Hi, The product already send out, can not cancel, please wait for it.)

I ordered a products thru Walmart for which NEVER got to address but was sent to Florida Not too Va they answer emails with non say nothing and information replies all I asked for is a new product sent to correct address or a refund credit for their mistake look else where for your sake and sanity

Extremely bad customer service. Order placed with Walmart and they passed it to this bunch. Tracking number received TOTALLY USELESS. This FrienFamily bunch seem to be ignoring me. Will report this to Walmart Corp.

*SCAM SELLER ALERT* They are selling items that do not match the item title! In addition, shipping was horrible and they were very rude when I tied to ask for a refund.

I placed an order on March 26th. Shipment was created on March 30th, but tracking information was never available on USPS.com. Items were to be delivered on April 7th, but did not arrive. I contacted the seller and still no answer over 24 hours later. I'm canceling my order. I should have read their review first. Walmart should revoke their marketplace status.

Ordered a portable outdoor toilet with sink. Walmart emailed me saying it was delivered. There’s nothing at my door and tracking states in in an entirely different city.

To follow up on thecreview I posted the other day: I was able to talk on the phone with someone in Walmart’s online department and I was told I’d get my money back right away. Instead the UV wand I ordered appeared at my correct address. So I’m ok now. I turned it on and it’s working. Unfortunately after talking with Walmart I spent a large sum and ordered another wand off Amazon since I needed one with many good reviews and one that can arrive in less than a month. I could cancel but I guess I’ll just have two in case one goes out or I might just keep one in my car. This FrienFamily company has got to stop this weird and sneaky, dirty practice of sending orders to alternate addresses. It was a very stressful and costly (buying the 2nd wand) transaction.

Ordered a UVC sanitizing light. Shipped quickly and then delivered to the WRONG STATE! Seller won't provide any legitimate update or solution. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My rating is a negative 100! I ordered a UV wand at the start of this pandemic and got an email from Walmart that my item was delivered (finally). Yeah, right--to an address almost a hundred miles away. This I just learned it their pattern--what exactly are these crooks doing? I need such a device because someone in my family likely has CV and at a moment's notice if he goes into the hospital (at age 67 it's likely), I will need to get his dog from his home. Nobody is responding--not Walmart via Live Chat or Email and certainly not the evil scammers running this business. Walmart has some accountablity for this, no???

They sent my order to another state and charged ME for it!! II have reached out several times now and cannot get hold of anyone at the contact # and Walmart is not being any more helpful. I just want a refund! I don't even want to do further business with this company after seeing these reviews and having this experience. Walmart should NOT be doing business with such an unreliable company!!

Do not buy from this seller. They sent me a fake tracking number for a UV Wand I purchased. The tracking number orginated 2 days before I purchased the item. Unless you enjoy waiting on hold with your credit card company disputing the charge

Feelglad pet tracker is junk

Horrible. I ordered my item from Walmart on 3/3 and as of 3/16 I still have not received my item. I have a tracking number and a usps label was made on the 3rd but never shipped. This was supposed to be for my sons 5th birthday. :(

After seeing all of these bad reviews I know I have been scammed!!! I ordered an item on Dec 2, 2020 and tracking still shows in same location now 12/23/2020. I'm so upset about this but I'll just go out today and buy one since I see it's not coming. I sent a message 2 weeks ago and didn't get an answer back. I didn't even notice till after my purchase it was NOT sold by Wal-Mart. MY REVIEW IS ZERO....Not the 1 star I'm made to choose

ZERO Stars I placed an online order through walmart.com and three days later the company cancelled stating that the price was wrong and would not honor the price I order the items at. Note that it was two separate items order that this company is now stating was incorrectly listed on the website. The company did not brother to reach and notify me they sent a statement to Walmart stating that I requested the order to be cancelled. Which lead to me think someone hacked my account and I then wasted 45 minutes on the phone with Walmart till we could verify what actually happened. The experience has been unprofessional and time consuming.

Positively beyond a shadow of a doubt the most horrible customer service I've ever seen from a company. Not only will they send you the wrong item , they will accuse you of ordering the wrong item when they screwed up... When you don't know the difference between Paw Patrol masks and Toy Story masks maybe you shouldn't be in business... Your screw up with the mom planning her childs Toy story party is viral.... You might want to send that mom the Toy Story masks that she ordered and paid for.

It's disconcerting for a company to sell a product that is not functional. We have no way of contacting the company and this is the only contact we have. Two devices that do not work or have an app for it. Take your product and refund my money in full.

My order was nothing like the description! I mean nothing! Still in the process of trying to get things resolved. They're making it as difficult as possible.
