Ordered a bird bath for bird cage. Said birdbath is made of plastic. Bird bath shipped in plastic bag so now said bird bath is in about 6 pieces do to very horrible packaging. I will NEVER order anything off Walmart.com with there name attached to it. Would love to give a lower star review but one is the lowest

Do not order through them! They make the return very difficult and you can’t even take it back to Walmart! Don’t do it! Horrible service as well!

Ordered 500 gloves via Walmart.com. Received a single pack of 100 pieces. Never responded to emails. Their customer support phone is plainly not working - not even a ringing tone, just quiet.

Never receive my shipment and it’s been 2 months

I ordered on April 09th some headbands for my Great granddaughter to come home from the hospital she was born on April, 28th. They never showed up and here it is May 19th and I still have nothing to show for it. There has been no refunds no notices nothing. Where are they???? Where is my refund???? I see that this company is not a reputable company, and Walmart should not use them.... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, I wished I would have had the opportunity to see these reviews when ordering... Only 1 star because it wont let me post without one.

Ordered the HQ8 3pc razor replacement heads through Walmart. They sent a cheap Chinese pore sucker instead! Tried several times to request they send the correct item I ordered or refund. Nothing has happened and they don't respond. Don't do business with this company either through Walmart nor Amazon. You will get ripped off.

I ordered a set of potholders on 4/8. On 4/15 I received a set of Christmas stickers in the mail. The next morning Walmart sent me a message of oh joy your order has been delivered. I got ripped off and Walmart should be ashamed to continue to do business with this company.

Id order a kids smart watch and doesn’t work I came to waltmar store and they said can’t do nothing cause is third party. And I have to contact them . Totally disappointed. And now I don’t know what I can do . Waisted my money

I had order 2 watch for my kids and all I received was only 1. I can’t contact the seller!!! What a rip off. Waist my money!!!! HORRIBLE!

Purchased 3pcs replacement heads for Philips Norelco HQ8. They look great but after I installed them they started to turn and locked up. After several tries I gave up, will never purchase from them again. Not going through the trouble to return for $8.39, just write them off and will make sure Walmart doesn't get me again.

I purchased 2 crib musical remote control carousels for my new twin grandchildren. The instructions came in Chinese and the music was Chinese. When ordering no where on order form did they ask what language do you prefer. Don't bother contacting Walmart with a complaint they never responded to mine. This was sent as a gift what a disappointment in product and Walmart.

Worst company, I will never purchase from them. I purchased a scarf less than $5.00, it was wrong the color and stiff. Ordered an item presuming it came as a set. When I received it, there was only one. My complaint, should have been listed on the site as either a set or individual item. Misleading informantion costing me extra money.
