Ordered a Illusion Weave Vinyl Elasticized Banquet Table cover by HSK tan 36 inch square and employee Stephanie Z picked and sent a 40 inch table cover. Now have to jump through hoops to get it returned as this was purchased through Walmart as a 3rd party.

Ordered two (2) non stick pie pans by Home-Style Kitchen from Walmart. At the time I ordered I no idea it would be fulfilled by a third party. I received order today. The invoice shows it to be what I ordered, but instead of pie pans it is two (2) small jars of stem cell therapy. It includes a return label & I have to pay shipping for something I didn't order & have never heard of. I called, I talked to a gentleman who didn't speak or understand English very well. He kept telling me I would receive my order today. I think he finally understood that I had not received proper item. Said he reported that I had a problem & should get a call within 48 hours. Never will order anything from Walmart again!!!

I received a package for an entirely different person! I had not ordered anything from them, but I'm sure the person who's name is on the invoice is wondering where her package is!

INCORRECT RETURN INFORMATION ON WALMART WEBSITE. VENDOR HAS NOT CORRECTED THIS POLICY. IT SHOULD SAY ON THE ORDER PAGE THAT THIS ITEM WAS A THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER AND CAN'T BE RETURNED TO WALMART. NEED TO TAKE TO POST OFFICE AND PAY THE SHIPPING.

Awful! Ordered a bra the one that came was totally opposite of one I wanted and 2 sizes smaller. Couldn’t find number to call anyone. I would rather no stars but you can’t even do that.

This seller has horrible reviews on Walmart. I am in the process of having another horrible experience with them. I ordered 2 bottles of headstone cleaner and they sent 1. At this time Walmart agreed with me that the walmart.com website promised 2 and is excallating the complaint. I have been in touch with Fox Valley traders and they are gaslighting me, claiming that I was stupid and pressed the wrong button when I ordered which is not true. I do not know how this is going to play out but I do not understand why walmart is dealing with them. I have already wasted way too much time on this.

Sure wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The readers glasses I got were out of focus and made me nauseous. I Should have to pay to return defective items!

Just received my order (Virgin Mary Statue). The box isn't damaged but the statue is broken at the center I am sorry that I ordered from Fox Valley because now I have to pay shipping to get a replacement, as well as the waiting and hassle of returning the item. unless they change this policy will not order any more items.

I think it's terrible that I receive an item that is such terrible quality that it rips apart while I am putting it together, yet "I" am the one who has to pay to return it?? That is just awful, and very sad. I'm doing one star because I am forced to.

What a scam!

Didn't get the merchandise the UPS returned it for some reason so I sent them the message and asked for a refund - 3 weeks later I get an email stating "We're sorry but the refund for the order will be issued when the return package is processed. This is because some times, depending on what the reason is for the package to be noted as undeliverable, if the non-delivery is because of an address and they can locate the correct information, they'll still deliver it rather then return it. If it where showing received by us already, we could go forward with the refund, but it is still processing thru the Post office. Won't order from WalMart or Fox Valley Traders again. They should have a 0 star rating!

I ordered 1 set of Vertical Blind Repair Tabs (#10) and received a Minnesota Vikings Garden Flag. The Vikings are not the team I support or I'd keep it.

Ordered gardeners knee rest and it is very poor quality !! The knee rest is a big block of foam—-No cover on it, just foam! Made very cheaply and not sturdy. Ridiculous that l have to pay to ship it back since it’s not good quality. RIPOFF

I ordered a 5 year Calendar Diary 2020-2024 and was very disappointed when I received it. Some of the wire binding was bend and the holes on the back page have already started to tear. The back page nor the cover will last 5 months let alone 5 years without falling off. I would like to return it but it will cost me $7. I don't think I should have to pay return shipping for such a poor product.

I ordered two sets of Waterproof Stretch Seat Covers for my kitchen chairs. They show on the pictures chairs the size of mine, but once I received them they are so small and do not fit. Theses covers are for bar stools not regular size chairs

I brought a laundry cart and put it together only to find that one of the rubber sockets that hold the wheel in place is missing.

Horrendous experience in buying from you through Amazon. Tracking ID: 92748901294838553204798384 never arrived and it shows has it being delivered on Sept 8. No wonder you do not sell direct, but hide behind other retailers. Please resend the item ASAP. I live in Canada and tried to send this to a boy in NYC. I am going to complain about you to the NY Chamber of Commerce if the goods are not received soon.

I received a fitted tablecloth from this company. It was garbage. Very poor fitting and ripped as soon as I placed it on the table. The company will accept returns but will deduct $7 off the $15 item. After contacting them, I received 0% satisfaction. Please do not buy anything through them. It is trash and ended up in the trash.
