I ordered two sets of doggy dog booties and they're too small my one small guy is between a toy poodle and a Pomeranian and the smile on the mediums are too small so I would like to know how to go about exchanging them for the larger sizes thank you

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Between them and the awful third party shipper, I still haven’t received my order. It was supposed to be delivered before Easter. In correspondence with the company, they claim it’s already been delivered. Very wrong. USPS shows that they don’t even have it yet. Arguing for your money back is like fighting a grizzly bear. They will “negotiate” after you get your item, but said item may never arrive.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a small bikini and they sent me a medium so I emailed them and told them they sent me the wrong size and they responded that their clothes are Asian size so they send a size bigger by default. So basically they choose your size for you! You should receive what you purchase! It’s not there decision to choose what size you want!! ZEROOOOO STARS!!!!
