Ordered a paint by number on March 27, 2020. Soon after, item shows “shipped” with a FedEx tracking number. Problem is item never shipped as FedEx shows it’s waiting for seller. I’ve contacted Fishpond via email to refund my money. Today is April 15, and still no refund! Refund my money ASAP!! Will never do business with Fishpond again
