they suck. order walmart and they let scum balls satelite for order.instead of being here for Christmas we got it 9 jan 2021. what a surprise it appears that the peanut brittle had been beaten with a bat. it was pulverized. hey wally world you need to cut your losses and rid yourself of these parasites. no pkng slip r return infor. not sure why they let them continue-i have pushed walmart to back /burner and they need to clean their rolls of actors like fire deals/ would give them a 5 which would have minus - 5

I ordered a Vtech kids watch 59.99 September 23 2020 , the watch never came contacted them 2 times , to date 2/15/21 have not gotten a refund , do not order from them, FRAUD

I ordered Avery Labels #5160 online several months ago. They were exactly what I ordered, and came in on time. The 2nd time I ordered them on Dec 2 to arrive on Dec 16, the labels didn't arrive until Jan 2. When I opened the package, these were not Avery Labels, but some kind of substitute. There was no packing slip. They were not in Avery packaging. Instead they were in USPS mailing envelopes and stuck inside a cardboard box. They didn't have the Avery Easy Peel insignia, and the back of the pages didn't have the Avery logo or wording. I ordered Avery because they work in my printer. I took them to my local Wal-Mart and they were not supportive. No stars... none deserved. They are being returned.

Ordered December 11, still hasn’t arrived, blames Covid-19 contacted my credit card company and reported fraud... total scumbags....

I ordered Russell Stover sugar free chocolates from Wal-Mart.com. They came through from fire deals. The candy tastes like it did go through a fire. The dark chocolate coating changed color to a light tan. I have ordered these same brand of chocolates before from Wal-Mart.com and they were much better quality. If you get something from Fire Deal that you ordered at Wal-Mart.com, I would recommend you don't open it, contact Wal-Mart, and return it unopened.

Ordered Avery labels earlier this month... thought it was from Walmart, but it wasn’t even Avery brand/was not delivered on time. Although the product appears to be that same size as the Avery product I ordered- there was nothings about Avery on the actual package..strange, but the biggest issue was the delayed shipping/lying about actual product

Trusted Walmart. Big mistake. I ordered the Barbie dream house and they sent me some lame house. Walmart keeps saying there is nothing they can do.

This company gladly took $54 from me on Nov. 30th and here we are on Dec. 21st and no product has been received by the post office to send to me. Now my daughter will go without this toy because this company did not follow through. They sure got my money though!! They would not let me post unless I gave them a star but they dont deserve even 1 star

Would give zero stars if that was an option. I feel that the 1 star rating is way to good. They never ship the product...

I ordered a Barbie dream house for my daughter for Christmas and they never shipped it. I don’t believe they actually have one to ship but they return my emails either. I’m disputing the charges on my credit card.

Fire Deals is the worst. They collect money and don't send anything. Walmart is also to blame here. I've called Walmart several times and received no help. Each time I was told to call back later. Walmart never refunded my money either. Very disappointed.

Purchased toy through Walmart did not realize I was dealing with third party till later. Previous reviews are correct do not deal with these people its a scam. Dissappointed that Walmart let this happen. Is no one reading these reviews ?

They will create a shipping label but never send your order then tell you they issued a refund but you'll never see it.

made order on aug 13 never recviced item walmart was no help nov 20th city bank got my money back . do not buy from them and think twice about walmart

I’ve had the same problem as everyone else is describing. Ordered my item on November 23rd, they printed the label on the 24th and never shipped the item. I had to contact Walmart several times to get a refund but I also sent them the link to these reviews. They said they will look into this seller and their poor rating. I’m crossing my fingers they take our issue with this seller seriously and stop them from scamming anyone else.

Same complaint as everyone else. Ordered not realizing it was coming from this company until it never arrived. Contacted and was assured a refund was coming. Never got that. Contacted Walmart again today...customer service says they will send refund asap. We'll see. Do not buy from this seller.

I ordered Russell Stover sugar free candy from Walmart sent by you. The candy was old, discolored, and hard. I finally got a refund from Walmart after no response from you. Bad business. I'm giving a 1-star rating, but it's actually 0.

Ordered biscotti in August paid $36.99. Item not received after 1 month. Walmart is notified. Was to get product or refund. It is now Oct. Have not heard anything. Walmart is again contacted. They agreed to refund my payment. Never contacted by company responsible. Would rate 0 if choice was available.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. Placed an order back in February. They're using COVID as the reason they are shorthanded. I blame Wal-Mart for not screening these third-party sellers. This is the second time this occurred for me with Wal-Mart...DONE. Anything I order online from now on will be through Amazon. Ordered a rack and pinion from a third-party through Amazon. ..received it on-time, and reasonable, no excuses. ZERO STARS if possible!

ZERO STARS! I also ordered a Barbie Dream house for almost $300 on November 30th. Tracking said I would receive by 12/8. Not only did it show up weeks later, but it wasn't even a Barbie Dream House! It was another doll house that certainly was not what we wanted and not of the same value. I went to a local Walmart to return and the customer service representative took one quick look at it and said I had to put it in a box in order to return it. I took it home and realized that the shipping label was directly on the doll house box so I called the local Walmart again and asked if I could bring it in as is to return in store. She assured me I could so I went down that same day. She scanned it and said it was a marketplace item and I had to contact the seller - Fire Deals. I sat in the parking lot, frustrated, and tried calling their number which sounded like someone's personal voicemail that was full. I e-mailed them and they responded the next day saying it was outside the 30 day return policy because I ordered it on November 30th and it was now January. They offered me a $100 credit which I refused, because I did not expect them to make me pay for a late and incorrect item. They then said I could return for a full refund and to start the refund process on Walmart.com. I tried to no avail due to the fact that it was outside 30 days. I contacted customer service and after being hung up on multiple times and on hold for long periods was able to talk with an agent that confirmed I would be receiving a return label to my e-mail within 48 hours (I have record of this phone call). A week passed so I called again. The next agent said it was too late to return and nothing they could do. I contacted Fire Deals again and they re-iterated what Walmart said. Nothing they could do. This has been like a full time job and I refuse to give away my hard earned money to businesses that do not appreciate their customers. I will be reaching out to my credit card company for this fraudulent charge! Like many others have said DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Dont hold up there in of the shipment

No proper tracking on shipping, few months out no delivery of item either. No updates what so ever. I though it was from Walmart not third party. If that was the case I would of bought off Amazon.

This seller is absolutely horrible. Product you buy never ships.

Placed an order 4/25/21, they pulled a USPS shipping label on 4/27/21. After a week of USPS still awaiting the item I tried to contact Fire Deals through the Walmart interface, since then I tried 2 more times. No response and USPS is still waiting for the item. Evidently this is routine for this company and with many same such complaints Walmart is at fault for allowing Fire Deal to access the Walmart system.

Bad ordered on 04/29/21, Got my money,Stated it was shipped on 05/03/21 been delayed since,Cannot get a hold of Walmart Customer Service have to chat with a online assisstant,never got anywhere with that either,This company should be investagated for fraud!!

Purchased some CholestOff from this company on April 14. They created a USPS shipping label on April 15 and billed my credit card. They also tacked on sales tax and this item is not taxed in my state. It is now April 26 and USPS still just says shipping label created and seller has not responded to email sent on April 23.
