Ordered Christmas pajamas on December 7 and was advised that they would be delivered on December 15. Called Walmart on December 16 and Walmart contacted Fenn Kenn and I received an email indicating that they would be arriving within 3-5 days. December 22 still no pajamas

I ordered family pajamas in early December and was told they would be delivered by December 11th. I really don't have a need for them after Christmas since everyone is expecting to wear them this year.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered Christmas pajamas and not received. I received email to follow up in two days and still nothing. Generous 1 star because I can't put negative stars.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I have been waiting for the items I purchased for weeks and The ups tracker says it’s been at the same place this whole time. When I try to contact the seller they did not respond. I will be returning once I get my packages.

Reading these reviews I am FURIOUS!!!! Had I read them sooner, I would have cancelled my order. Walmart is as much to blame as this company, if not more. My story is exactly the same as the rest of these people. Perhaps we should escalate our complaint s to the news media since Walmart doesn't appear to care. I too would give them a ZERO star if I could.

I ordered Christmas Pajamas November 26. They were due to arrive Dec 17. According to USPS, they were in Carolstrean, Il, and now they are in Indiana but they are awaiting the items. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Walmart. I called walmart, they contacted the seller and they said wait 24 Hrs for an update. This is totally unacceptable. I will NEVER order from this seller again. Walmart needs to take them off of their sellers list. I wish I could leave zero stars. I would like my merchandise since at this time, no one has any.

I too have ordered Christmas pajamas from this scammer on the Walmart marketplace on December 4, 2020. It is December 20th, nothing. As far as I am concerned, Walmart is just as guilty by permitting this scammer to hurt so many people during this difficult time.

Ordered items on 12/6/2020 and there was no shipping info available. I contacted them on 12/17 and received a response that there was delay due to shipping and weather. Come 12/18, I was able to review the tracking and it appears that it was the company who delayed the order, not because of weather. My items mysteriously appeared to begin shipping on the day after I contacted them. This company is blaming everything and everyone else when the blame falls on them. Still no package 3 weeks later due to their lack of movement. This company is trying to hide behind the pandemic as why there are delays. I will be reporting this to Wal-Mart about their unethical behavior while the world is suffering. Shame on them! People should be aware of your unscrupulous tactics.

They are the worst! Walmart why are you still working with this company? My story is the same as everyone else, disappointed!

I ordered family Christmas pajamas November 29, got an email saying they would be delivered 12/16 and tracking info says they haven’t even received the item to ship it, today us 12/19 yet they had no problem taking my money without any delay on 11/29! Walmart should stop working with this vendor because third party sellers like these! I have co tasted this vendor several times and this vendor has never responded to me or to the Walmart customer service representatives directing them to contact me. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Fenn Ken Inc.! If I could give no stars I would!

HORRIBLE!! Ordered pajamas in November and tracking info says they haven’t even received the item to ship it, yet they could take my money without delay! I agree with all of these other reviews that Walmart should stop working with this vendor because third party sellers like these are the reason I never use Walmart.com unless I literally can’t find anything better on Target or Amazon. This vendor never responded to me or to the Walmart customer service representatives directing them to contact me. If only 1-star ratings could put a sketchy operation like this out of business...

Very disappointed with this seller, as well as Walmart for allowing this seller the continued platform to scam people. Lesson learned, if it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true. I was excited to find these pajamas for the price and in all the sizes I needed, with shipping estimate December 11th. I bought 14 pairs of pajamas for family for Christmas. I ordered December 2nd and I was rather quickly sent a shipping notification and was happy that they were already on their way and would definitely get to me in time for Christmas. December 9th, I decided to track and see how many days away they were, only to find out that only a shipping label was created, but USPS had never received items. At this point, I started realizing this was a big scam. I waited until December 12th, just in case that by some weird glitch, pajamas showed up not tracking, but alas, nothing. Contacted seller and heard nothing for days. Contacted Walmart and demanded money back. Walmart wanted me to wait another day to make sure pajamas didn't arrive. Did so and nada. Then received a full refund from Walmart and an almost immediate response from seller after getting a refund, them begging me to not ask for refund and that they would find out what happened to my order and to trust them to fix the situation. Obviously, that was all just a line, since everyone else has had the same exact experience. Last time I ever buy something from a 3rd party seller. I am thankful Walmart pretty quickly refunded me but these people are still on Walmart site currently "selling" pajamas (December 17th), very irresponsible of Walmart to continue to allow them a platform to take people's money and never deliver a product. And now our family pajama tradition will be broken this year bc it is way too late in the game to get them now in the sizes/price/time we need.

Placed an order for Hirigin Family Matching Christmas Pajama Sets Christmastree Top Pants 2PCS Christmas PJs Bodysuits on November 28th. Got notification on the 29th that it shipped with an estimated delivery date of December 15th. The status on USPS never changed. They were notified of a shipment. I contacted Walmart on the 15th to find out what is going on. They contacted the seller and told me to check back in 48 hours. Walmart never received a response from FENN KEN, INC. If they won't respond to Walmart, they obviously don't care. Walmart is processing a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FENN KEN, INC. THEY ARE A SCAM. This is the second time we have had a problem with Walmart's Marketplace. Guess what, we've only ordered 2 things from the Marketplace. I think the Marketplace is a scam.

The day my order was supposed to arrive... nothing! I called to track my order and it was never even shipped. Yet I was charged as soon as I hit confirm. They told me to give them 2 more days to find out where my items are. They wont arrive before Xmas although I ordered Dec 3rd and paid for rushed shipping. Dont bother buying from them.

Unfortunately, I am joining this party. My items has been awaiting USPS acceptance since December 8. I am guessing I am not getting my pajamas either. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of them and they will not respond.

Still waiting for my pajama ordered month ago. It says just like with the others that the item is awaiting in USPS. There is no freaking way it waits a month! Because I was waiting for this pajama, I haven't order another one I wanted to get for a gift for Christmas and now it's too late.

Well, apparently Ive joined the same party-that I never wanted to be invited to! Ordered MATCHING CHRISTMAS PAJAMAS Dec 6. PAID for expedited shipping. HA! Its 8:05 pm on Dec 23, 2020. No pajamas. The ENTIRE family was expecting to wear coordinating pjs and take cute pics. We've had a crappy year-haven't we all?- and we thought silly family photos might cheer us up. Now Ive gotta tell them THE ONE THING I WAS IN CHARGE OF DIDNT GET DONE! Seriously?! Thanks FENN KEN!! YOU SUCK!

I am so pissed off I ordered these goddamn pajamas that cost way too much money in the first place so that my daughter and her fiance would have Christmas pajamas and they never arrived when I track it they haven't even been picked up which means they haven't even shipped out of damn facility yet. I want my money back and Walmart needs to drop these suckers.

Worst company EVER. And Walmart is no better for keeping them on their site. I have had the same issues as everyone else. Ordered Christmas Pajama's on Dec 5th. It's Dec 23rd and still no Pajama's. Company gives the run around.. excuses for delays. Tracking always putting it somewhere but saying this does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Blah Blah Blah.. this company is a scam. So sad to all of us that were expecting them before Christmas. Shame on Walmart for using them after so many complaints.

I ordered a babies 1st Christmas outfit for my nephew on December 1st. It is December 24th and no outfit. The tracking hasn’t updated since December 19th. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Look closely at the reviews. They hide behind Walmart’s name. Go to amazon and get it in a day. I will dispute item directly with credit card company and be refunded. You can’t return via Walmart until you’ve received item. If you don’t get it you can’t get your money back. However I won’t forget and plan to make sure all social media outlets and BBB is alerted. People work hard and just expect what they pay for. 1 more ripped off customer who won’t have pics of nephew in 1st Christmas outfit. Good bye 2020! Lesson learned.

I also ordered Christmas pajamas on November 24, 2020. I reached out to the company multiple times. Needless to say, I never received my item either. I was told my order would arrive on time but tracking information puts it in Wayne Township, NJ! Walmart needs to part ways with this company immediately! I wish I could give them ZERO stars! This company, in my opinion has a negative rating. They are not even worth 1 star. Misleading delivery information, misleading stock information. Poor customer service, and they didn’t own up to their own failure. They lied!!! I will NEVER shop at a Walmart again!!!!

We should make our own "got screwed by Fenn Ken" club! December 24th and we always open up our matching pajamas on Christmas Eve. This will be the first year ever that I won't have pajamas for the family to open and wear to bed. So much for tradition. What is the problem with this company????

Looks like I am in the same boat as the other Christmas pajama orders. Like every one else I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!!! I do feel the pajamas do not exist!!! My tracking number indicated they had a label.created. Due to arrive December 16. December 17, I called Walmart customer service they told me it was in transit. Just like everyone else it miraculously appeared to have arrived 85 miles from my address. Where it has sat for 3 days. Them moved farther away from mr and still sits. Fenn Ken told me on the 17th I would have my order in 3 days and definitely in time for Christmas. Its Christmas eve and guess what? They are still setting! Furious doesn't begin to describe my mood now. Thanks for ruining my first family Christmas.

I was really looking forward to receiving the matching family pajamas that I ordered for Christmas from Fenn Ken, Inc. I ordered them in plenty of time to receive them before I left for the holidays, but I did not receive them in time. After tracking the package I found that my order sat for days waiting to ship. I was really disappointed because the family pictures that we planned to take didn't happen. That was the first & last time that I will order from Fenn Ken, Inc.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Placed an order on December 1st for family Christmas pajamas, received a tracking number and a date of delivery for December 16th, I have contacted them multiple times demanding cancellation of my order as I won’t receive the pajamas on time! They proceed to tell me that they will be here by Christmas Day, so I look at the tracking number and my order has been stuck in the same state the entire time since December 15th even after they LIED and said they had it moving faster, so I look again and still stuck in the same state on the same date December 15th! They proceed to tell me if I don’t get it in time they will re-send AFTER CHRISTMAS! I don’t need family Christmas pajamas AFTER CHRISTMAS! Still emailing them demanding the refund waiting to hear what excuse they have next! I just want my $109 that they took out of my account and to keep the pajamas that won’t be here! DO NOT ORDER FROM FENN KEN INC!!!

Ordered my daughter a birthday gift. Received the item later than it said it would arrive. That wasn’t the issue though. I received my item and the item was torn or cut. Dissatisfied and have a disappointed daughter.

I ordered a set of 4 pajama outfits they came way after Christmas so I took them to fedex to return them they were all returned. This company said they would refund my money and still has not done so. They have all of my items. I am now pressing legal action against them to get my money.

Worst company ever. I also was part of the Christmas Pajama nonsense. Ordered beginning of December and received January 13th. They never left the warehouse til after Christmas. They arent much use in January. Customer service is a joke. Promised to refund us and went back on that as well. Walmart cut ties with this seller now!!!! Shoud be zero stars!!!!

Ordered a pair of pants from Fenn Ken late December via Walmart, I waited for the pants to arrive but the order never arrived. Sent an email and inquired about the delay, no answer from them. This says a lot about their customer service. I Contacted Walmart and they help with cancelling the order and with the refund. Thank you Walmart customer service. I will not do business with Fenn Ken. I will continue to purchase from Walmart but will not place an order if it is through Fen Kenn,

Worst experience ever with this company. They don't update tracking orders, sends out packages late and they want you to pay for their errors. Do not buy from this company.

It seems I am not alone in being ripped off by this company. I ordered four pairs of Christmas pajamas on December 8. It is now January 18th, and STILL no pajamas! The tracking information has not been updated since December 29th, when it said they were in Atlanta. I will NEVER order from this company again, and as previously stated, Walmart should disassociate with them as quickly as possible. :(

I ordered 4 sets of pjs in November. One came in messed up packaging. The seller sent one tracking number but when I asked where the other pjs were they said that they were shipped separately but didn't give me new tracking info. I'm still fighting with walmart to get my money back

I have been emailing back and forth with them and I can't seem to get my money can't seem to get the product I ordered! I ordered Christmas outfit from them early December with a promise to be delivered by Dec. 24... Now Jan 5 and still no merchandise. The tracking has not been updated since Dec. 30 and it was said to be in ATL. How does Kentucky to Alabama take almost a month to deliver... needles to say the Christmas outfit is definitely not needed now... Walmart needs to disassociate themselves from this company. I ordered matching family pj's for a family photoshoot in early December. They were showing arrival of 12/16 so I didn't worry. They arrived 1/4/2021 after multiple problems. Shipper kept saying they would be here in time for Christmas Eve. HAHAHAHA. Yeah no. Just no. Now I'm dealing with a return and praying I see my money back. Do not buy from these people. Just don't.

I ordered pajamas for my family December 2nd through the Wal-Mart site. Now I can not contact anyone, I have left messages, can't find another number to try, they have had my money this whole time and I still do not have my product on 12-30-2020. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered about this company. If anyone knows what I can do please write on your review.

When you order from Walmart.com you expect Value not Fraud. Walmart please disassociate yourselves from this fraudulent Company. Your reputation is being badly tarnished. My granddaughter's Christmas gift was promised by December 16th. Still hasn't arrived. Obviously I'm not happy and I see that I'm not alone. I can shop elsewhere next time.

Items ordered on 12/11/20 were never received. Walmart has processed a refund for items purchased. Please be aware of who you are buying from.

worst company ever. i order some pijamas on 12/2/2020 and told i was going to get them on 12/24/2020, here we are 12/29/2020 and still no message from the company and no pijamas !!!

Finally 22 days after ordering and we’ll after being promised I would have them by Christmas. My Christmas pajamas arrived! They did eventually show up. This whole time the shipping label sat in a warehouse and No product ship. I have 2 shipping labels 1 from a location in CA to one in Cincinnati. Then 1 from Cincinnati to me. Funny, I really don’t think so. Like another review said I wish I could rate negative!!! Walmart should really check this bender out.
