Ordered my daughter a fuzzy sweater for Christmas. Got the email saying it was delivered - yep, in the mailbox because they sent me a pink face mask with Chinese writing on it and a little Thank You card. I've never had any issues with ordering 3rd party from Wal-Mart, but reading these other reviews, I'm not holding my breath on getting my $28 refunded.

EZshoot llc is a joke! I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and received a face mask! They won't return emails and the phone # provided automatically hangs up! The tracking information on the face mask is the same as what I was sent for the leggings! I'm now out over $45.00! What a scam!

This has to be the biggest joke I've had to deal with. I ordered a pair of women's winter boots for my daughter. I received a teeny tiny package 12/5/20, inside was a note card and three jelly rings the size of the jolly green giants fingers. Confused because #1 there is NO NAME on the package, nor the note card. So having to go through the 20 items I ordered to figure out who sent it because it was a thank you for me purchasing through them, one could only assume it was for an item I already received. No come to find out it was for the boots that claimed were delivered. Upon being on hold for almost two hours to talk to the post office I give them the tracking number for the boots and the woman begin laughing because 1.) she said yup that was delivered its was 0.1 oz. 2.) they paid $2 some odd dollars to send it. Heed my advice dearest company if you are going to send a thank yous to your customers you 1.) DO NOT SEND IT IN THE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE ITEM THEY PURCHASED 2.) Put your freaking name on it so we know who its from, unless your sole purpose is to have people spend $50-$500 on items you have no intention on shipping to send us penny items and hope we are just okay with it. 3.) Answer the phone number you sent in the thank you card.

Ordered a item did not recieved what I ordered but received a cheap childs one piece bear suit. I ordered a 5 pack of silhouette blades. The item received is the quality of a dollar store item. The labels where all Chinese. I am very disappointed that walmart is still allowing the on there site. They are scammers. False advertising to get your money then send you some ridiculous item. NO HAPPY AT ALL. Sam Walton would never accept this kind of business.

I returned a swimsuit in Aug and have sent dozens of messages directly and through Walmart with no response. I have confirmed tracking that they received the swimsuit. Its ridiculous Walmart still uses this company. They should be held responsible.

returned two bathing suits, they have not refunded my money and will not answer my emails. Walmart should be held responsible considering they have had multiple complaints and continue to let them sell through there site. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I also have purchased swimsuit from EZ Shoot. They have had it in there facility for 2 months and 21 days. All I get back is.....we will refund you when we receive it. I have Fed Ex tracker on the return that showed EZ Shoot received it. I even emailed a copy of it to them. Shame on Walmart for even having them on there website for ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

EZ shoot is a scam and shame on Walmart for not standing behind the vendors on Walmart Marketplace. I tried to return a ladies swimsuit to the Walmart store and it was refused and I was given the ezshoot webpage. I tried calling the listed phone number but it only rings for 1 minute and then hangs up automatically. I tried to send them an email via the contact email provided and after composing my email, it would not allow me to send! Back to Walmart tomorrow to complain to a manager. Avoid this company.

I waited until Walmart accepted clothing returns due to Covid 19, as it was stated that I could return this to the store, HOWEVER it was not accepted at Walmart and said I had to go to [email protected] to return it and now it is past the 30 days per your posted policy. Needless to say I am not happy and will never order again.

Like others, I did not receive my order. I order 2 different shirts off Walmart. I only recieved one. It took forever to arrive and didn't look like the picture. I only recieved one but they both say delivered. I contacted the company and got an email back right away. They gave them both the same tracking number and they vaguely said it was delivered. Seem like a scam. The little bag I got the one shirt in could barely hold one shirt let alone two. I have dealt with a bad company before and Walmart is really good about stepping in. I have to wait another 24 for the company to respond to Walmart. My last issue Walmart refunded. I still trust walmart site but it is very frustrating when this happens dealing with companies like this. Definitely makes wanting to shop their site less desirable because of the frustration. Walmart should definitely charge these companies big fees when this happens so it would be less likely. I

I ordered a small rug for my dog dish. It took over a month to arrive, was shoddy, cost $21, the vendor would not communicate with me, and took up a lot of my time trying to cancel my order with a refund (the charged the amount on day 1), communicating with VISA for a disputed claim, and Walmart, itself. The vendor and the article were terrible. Walmart, however, was excellent, but they were the last ones I talked to.

I order a blouse and it's too small. I try to return it at Walmart and was told they couldn't do the return. I was told I needed to returned it to the company Ez shoot Llc they were the vendors and walmart has nothing to do with them. I spoke to a manager at walmart and was told the same thing. If walmart is not going to respond nor this company who is? I'm very disappointed I will not ever order from either place. This is a rip off. I been trying to get in contact with this company and no answer what's so ever what a way to take people's money. You have a 30day refund policy and it's been more than a month I can get any answers from no one. Thanks for the rip off.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts size large, look more like a child’s small. Tried returning @ Walmart and was told they don’t take items sold by a third party. Shame on them for selling items on their website if they don’t plan on taking any returns. Unable to get ahold of EZShoot. Do not purchase anything from either! Will no longer shop @ Walmart! No stars for either company!

I ordered a swimsuit according to their size guide. Bottoms would fit but the top is way too small. From reading other reviews at least I received what I ordered. I called the supplied contact number. It rang about 10 times and went to a busy signal. Then sent an email that was supplied. To date I have not heard anything back. Lesson learned and shame on Walmart for continuing to allow these guys to sell on their site. I will definitely think twice (and check BBB) before purchasing anything online from Walmart. I guess I'm out about $40.00

I ordered a swimsuit from EZshootLLC - received plastic rings with the tracking number saying the swimsuit was delivered. Put in a DISPUTE with the credit card company; filed a complaint with BBB. Could not find a phone number - email address - no way to contact EZshootLLC - but want to warn others to check out companies with BBB before ordering. Also disappointed with Walmart that they continue to list any product from this scam. Negative rating, if I could - so you have to given them at least one star for this to go ? That is crazy.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Shame on Walmart.com for using them. I purchased a swimsuit (size M, color light blue) and received size 2XL, color purple. They take your money before they even ship your package and when you try to return it, they ignore you. It's been 2 weeks and they do not respond to your emails regarding your refund. Walmart.com has not resolved the issue either. If I could, I would give a negative rating!

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The merchandise is garbage very cheap made. You are stuck with whatever you bought because you can't return it. Says it can be returned to the store which I tried to they get a message saying can't accept the return call a number or email to company. YEAH good luck with that , I tried both. Phone hangs up on you. Email is not working. Thank goodness I didn't buy a lot only one item. AGAIN DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Brutal. I ordered three sweaters online (along with two others from another company) and only received two. This company is shit. They never replied to any of my emails (sent three over a span of two weeks), and when I phoned and texted, I received absolutely no response. Walmart should be ashamed of being associated with this “company” as they are lower than low. Worst. Online shopping. Experience. EVER.

Quality is very bad, to the point that the seams are not complete!!! Thought when buying on Walmart.com you could return at Walmart. NOPE!!!! Won't be buying from Walmart in the future. I can get these same cheap items through Amazon, but choose not to. I prefer to shop local, but not at Walmart again! Don't buy from this vendor!!!

EZ Shoot and walmart is a scam. I ordered 2 sweaters in November 2020. I never received my order so walmart refunded me my money. Then walmart turned around and recharged me $74.15 for those sweaters claiming that they where delivered to my home by Fedex. I have made numerous calls to walmart regarding this issue and those sorry ass people were no help what so ever. All there doing is sitting on there asses looking and reading a computer. Other then sitting on there asses not one person from walmart can physically say that they seen this package being delivered to my home. I work nights so I am home during the day and I also have a Ring video Doorbell so I can see any and everything that goes on outside my home. So right now I am out $74.15 and no sweaters. This is a very big disappointment and after this experience I will NEVER order from walmart ever again.

This company is scum and Walmart knows they are scum! What they are doing to customers should be illegal! No one wants to spend their money and never get anything in return for it. I work too damn hard and I make conscious decisions on how I spend my money. I get extremely pissed when my money gets played with! I called E Z shoots I was on hold at the end of the hold time they disconnected the call! They did this several times and they didn't respond to any emails! I called Walmart also! I had time today and I wasn't stopping until someone heard what I had too say! It may not have changed anything but I let them know we see them and we know the game they're playing!

I am trying t o send something back. I brought it to the store and was told I have to do this online with the seller. I have tried and it just keeps coming up try again. I have tried 100 times and I am disgusted. Walmart said I could return it to the store. I tried and they said NO after driving over 10 miles.

This vendor is so messed up, I ordered a $40 bathing suit. The Walmart email said it was delivered, no bathing suit instead I had a package three small plastic rings and a thank you note that said that my shipment was shipped separately and will be here soon that is bull! This vendor needs to be shut down now!! Do not buy from this vendor, walmart needs to part ways!!!!

omgoodness I am not a bit surprised at al these bad reviews. I ordered something and a few minutes later needed to cancel and no cancelation button avail. so had to email seller. Sent email to seller and oh how convenient they didn't read until 11pm the following business day and hour after shipping package. TOTALLY unprofessional. PLease anyone that has had dealing with this person contact customer service for Walmart.com immediately. They need to know so they can band this person from taking money from others and thinking it is alright because it definitely IS NOT.

Though I must admit they did take the item back. This purchase cost me $10.50 to ship back at my cost. I have nothing to show for this order. The sizes are not true to scale. I ordered a bathing suit that technically was two sizes larger then I actually wear knowing that these purchases online are never truly sized correctly. I would have needed to be a 12 year old to wear the plus woman's size they claim it's sized to. The torso was so short the V neck was at my belly button.

I have an order for just under $100 I have been waiting weeks for and just realized through tracking that half my order is delayed and one delivered which in fact WAS NOT and now going through these reviews I can't help but feel total and utter disappointment for what I haven't yet gotten to what's probably in my mail box my excitement is totally gone now and I realize now that I have put way too much faith in Wal-Mart.

I ordered 2 swimming suits, I changed my mind the next day so I sent them a message. They responded with they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. I got an email 2 days later saying my order had shipped. I received both suits in the same package but when I started the return, I had to print 2 separate labels and send them back separately. I sent them through Fed Ex at the exact same time. I've been refunded for one item and sent a message asking about the other item about a week ago. I explained the situation and all I got was "ok, we'll look out for it." Still no refund....

I ordered 3 pairs of cotton ,short, sleep pants you know the kind, with crazy sayings and pics on them. I waited and waited with a date of July 27th, so I checked on them today and see the order had been canceled. I was never emailed of this. What the hell is wrong with this place?? Close down your online shopping if you don't know how to run it! You know how to charge the credit card though.... I'm done with you idiots.

I purchased item thru Wal-Mart on line. Item does not fit. Wal-Mart said I had to contact the vendor for the return. They will not answer my email and every time I call I am on hold & then they hung up on be without saying a word every time. This is BAD way to do business.

Purchased swimsuit that clearly shows 90 day returns on the item, at day 31 I finally opened the package and it was too big, I sent several emails after walmart could not give refund at counter and said contact seller. EZShoot does not answer phones. They did respond to emails and continually said it was 30 day policy. I sent them screenshot of the 90 days on the website to which they sent me screenshot of 30 days on other items, not the one I bought. Finally after several emails I contacted my bank, then I contacted Walmart Customer service. Walmart looked at the emails and the website and agreed 90 days was listed, they apologized and walmart refunded my money. I then received an email from ezshoot to which they called me a liar and said they filed a complaint to walmart that I said the shipment was lost. At the bottom they then offered to take the item back if I paid shipping and sent them tracking info. You do not call a customer a liar then expect them to pay to return the item. Walmart told me to keep the item even though I cannot use it. Thanks to walmart who gets 5 stars for the refund and they will be looking in to this seller. I wish I could give no stars to the seller as their customer service is the worst!
