I ordered some stretch-tite on 12/10/20 and have not received the product. I have sent multiple e-mails requesting an update on my order and all I get is a canned response from Exquisite Buys that someone will be contacting me. Over 4 months later and I still have not been contacted on any of the e-mails I have sent. This company is a joke and I will never be ordering from Walmart again if this company is involved. Please warn your friends to stay away from Exquisite Buys, If I could, I would rate them a 0, but the lowest is a 1.

I ordered a sleeping bag for my grandson, and discovered the zipper was broken as soon as we opened it. Did not realize that they only do returns for 30 days!!! I missed it by one day. I sent an 'initiate return' on the Walmart website, and received an email response on January 17th that someone would contact me. It is now January 28th and no one contacted me. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never order anything from them again.
