I ordered 4 bottles of Sexy Hair Smooth Frizz Eliminator Smooth and Sleek Se rum, 2.5 Ounce. When the package was received, it was damaged and the product was leaking out all over the box. USPS returned it. It took over 2 months to get my refund. Sayn does a poor job of packaging and responding to complaints.

Vendor sold Image Skin Care that was coagulated. When contacted for a replacement or refund, they said return window had expired and that I should contact Walmart. Their products are defective and their customer relations are terrible. Avoid buying from this vendor!

Terrible company. I ordered and did not receive my order. They sent me ups paperwork and said they said it delivered so too bad. Umm... No it didn’t deliver and they could care less. Amazon does this so much better. Buy from somewhere else.
