I ordered an apple watch trough them. I didn't get anything. Now Im dealing with Paypal to get my money back. Thank you Walmart.

Ordered from this online superstore and did not receive product. Spent hours trying to track down delivery. What a horrible, HORRIBLE experience. I shall not make this mistake ever again. Hopefully I can get my money back. I will stick with Amazon. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with Wal-Mart online! I would give a negative star if they had one.

ordered a item over two weeks ago and it never showed up. worst of all upon placing my order i emailed he seller to make sure the item is new and in stock and they confirmed but sadly they chose to totally mess up m order. this seller a ruined planned birthday present and they deserve 0 stars. if they would simply tell me the truth and cancel the order i wouldnt care and order it someplace else.

Ordered Apple Watch 3 on April 7th and the third party seller still has no proof of shipment. Call Walmart.com and escalate your concern to a supervisor. They will initiate an immediate refund. I, along with several others, proved to Walmart.com that Online Superstore Outlet (855-327-7277) is a SCAM.

Their customer service and product handling is horrible. Their answer was either you did something or it's on it's way. I will insure no future purchases are made through them and I would strongly suggest you not buy from them.

I ordered a series 3 Apple Watch from Walmart.com not realizing it would be coming from this 3rd party seller. I received the USPS tracking number but USPS never even received the item. Paid over $300 and got totally scammed. Product never arrived. I've been contacting Walmart daily trying to get the item or a refund. This website/company/ whatever is a total scam. It's unbelievable Walmart would work with this seller when there clearly has been so many issues. It's disgusting.

Completely echo all the other reviews on this page. I placed the order on Walmart not even realizing I was ordering through a third party seller. My card was charged right away and I got a notification saying the package was shipped and would arrive by 4/17 (2 weeks later). Still haven't gotten the package, in fact, the USPS site says the package was never shipped. After contacting Walmart, the package of "lost in transit" so now they're researching. Save yourself the time and frustration and just order from Amazon. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

I found a IPad Pro - 12.9 - 256Gb in $546.00 ("Good deal" ) for my dougthter. But before proceeding to payment I see I don't buy directly from walmart. So I found this website ang OMG. Thanks customer victim for reviews. I give 1 star because I can't 0. Just for support others.

Everyone is right. I made an order through Walmart but I didn't know I was ordering from a merchant. Item was processed and shipped, tracking number was valid but says USPS never received the item. 2 weeks later item never arrived. I tried contacting Online Superstore Outlet, their number didn't even work. I reported the problem to Walmart and they're investigating.

Don't buy anything from this company. They are scammer!! I hardly believe a company like Walmart allows them selling items on their website. I have contacted to Walmart customer service and they promised to refund my money. It's the worst online shopping experience.

I thought I was ordering directly from Walmart, but apparently I was ordering from a scammer on their site. I have a devastated son who saved up for almost a year for a Nintendo Switch, that will likely never come. Walmart's customer service says I need to just keep waiting and that they'd never do business with a seller who isn't reputable. They better give a refund.

All these review are completely accurate. This company is garbage and says shipped almost immediately but it never ships and they never respond. Walmart are super unhelpful with this as well. Can't wait til Amazon topples this company.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with they will take your money the same day you place your order and never ship the product just continually keep bumping the ship date up. Can't believe a company as big as Walmart lets this kind of business sell on their site! They will never compete with Amazon dealing with companies like this one!!
