I ordered a DVD box set on 8Dec20, today is 19Dec20 have not heard anything as far as expected delivery other than USPS is awaiting item from the seller as of 9Dec, USPS tracking has not been updated since 10Dec20. I have reached out to this company every day since 14Dec20 and requested a refund and was told to wait 2 business days before they issue a refund per mu request, well 5 business days has passed and still no item and no refund. keep an eye out when buying online Everest Ventures is definitely not a reputable company and no intention of filling any orders or refunds, just in the business of taking in money!!!!

I ordered a StarTastic Laser Light Projector and was sent the wrong item. When I emailed Everest through the website, I received a response not to return the items to the address for customer service on the package because they have various return centers. I was told that I would receive return instructions or arrangements for a refund or replacment "soon". To date, I have not heard anything regarding a return, refund or replacement.

Ordered Light Projector for Christmas front yard, received 2 electric jar openers. 2 busy to take pictures & send them right before Christmas. Everything relaxed now & find out they have 30 day return policy! Walmart was no help. 1 star because zero or less was not available.

BBB THAT IS ALL I CAN SUGGEST!! I ordered a personal shaver which I thought I was purchasing a NEW product from Wal-Mart and not a third party and when it arrived it was opened and used. They charged twice as much for the product as other stores , but I didn't want to wait. No packing slip was included or any paper work what so ever. The only way I knew it came from somewhere else was because the return address on package was a personal address. Not even EVEREST VENTURES.

I ordered one product and recieved a different product. Same brand same type of product but the product I ordered was 59.95 on their site and the one they sent me was 39.95. They thought this would be fine with no need for an adjustment of the price charged just told me that the one I ordered is out of stock and if I didnt want it I could wait for the correct item, or have a refund of the purchase price. this info was on a sticker that was stuck on the product. they provided a customer support number that wasnt correct and after the third attempt someone answered the phone and said I would need to call a different number with a recording telling me that they were no longer accepting calls and to please send correspondence through E-mail but they did not give an email address to do that. Now they are saying that they issued a refund and provided the (Proof) This proof is missing a lot of information. I assure you there was no refund. These actions in no way will work to bring anything but bad reviews as this is not a game but it is something that is punishable by law. These thieves should never get away with this. this isnt just one law they are breaking but multiple laws. Bait and switch, offering a full refund and not following through and I am sure other laws. society is so weak and just sits back while this is happening.

Don't order from this company! They promised my product would be delivered in two days . It has been over two weeks and I still haven't received it. I emailed them when I hadn't received it after two weeks and they said two more days. This must be a foreign company. I ordered from the Walmart website and I'm thinking I was scammed. I just assumed it was coming from Walmart. The tracking number was fake so I'm pretty sure I won't receive my item. I wouldn't even give one star rating if there was anything lower.

They have been incredibly hard to deal with. Every time I email them I feel like I’m getting a totally different person and my email thread is now over 25 emails. I’m waiting for a refund on shipping cost which is going on almost 2 months now.

I ordered a RV liner 8feet x 40 feet. I received a piece of plastic 2ft x 4 ft. Walmart simply puts you in the email loop with the company. They wanted to me return this product to BULGARIA on my own dime and I would be reimbursed. I asked for my money back, never returned. I asked to return this to Everest ventures in the u s They said they would get back to me. Never heard back, I still have the piece of plastic. I figure I will use it in my cat box. Horrible company and shame on Walmart . Every time I spoke to a "specialist" they just referred me back to Everest. Amazon , you have my business from now on.

Bought Mylar bags which arrived and were great but then I found them to be cheaper on packfreshusa website. This seller is just a dropshipper and charges double, not actually shipping from Walmart! He's not even in the US!

This is a scam. The item is not authentic and is not the item I ordered. Also the authentic item is $29.99 At Amazon and this knock off was $39.99.

The entire series of "Boardwalk Empire" was delivered to me on Sep 29th. Because I have a life, I was not able to watch all 56 episodes before Oct 29th (Everest Ventures cutoff date for returns). Around Oct 26th, I came across a few defective DVDs that would not play. I had ordered the series on Walmart.com, so (as I had done in the past) I went to Walmart.com to start the return process. I then received a text from Walmart: "Sorry about your Walmart item issues! Plesae return your items to any store by 11/04/2021 for your refund. Details: https://w-mat.co/g/zu78W. Reply HELP for info; STOP to opt out" Thinking I now had until Nov 4th to return this item to Walmart, I did not get to the store until October 30th. At that time, Customer Service at the store was unable to process a return. I contacted Everst Ventures, who, in a nutshell, told me, "tough luck, you're out of the return window". I sent another email, copying the text from Walmart, asking if they could please make an exception, since I started the return process on Oct 26th, and was told I had until Nov 4th to return to a Walmart store. Second email from Everest Ventures, "tough luck again, you're out of the return window". $100 for the boxed set, now completely unwatchable because of several DVDs that will not play. Someone's got to get their acts together. 3rd party sellers need to know that Walmart is giving customers bogus return dates. And Walmart needs to stop offering an online return process to items purchased from 3rd party sellers.

I ordered a hunting headlight and these people sent me an entirely different light that I had ordered and the light does not even work. They answered my email on Sept. 21st and said they would send me the RMA number and directions to return for a refund. I have tried to get information from these people and they will not respond. THEY ARE A BIG FRAUD AND THIS DOES NOT SAY MUCH FOR WALMART AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. WALMART should take action against these people. They must be affiliated with Walmart since they sell products for Walmart. Very unhappy with these people and Walmart!
