I will not order from them because they give no information on their location and where the parcels are coming from.

I have not been able to figure it out whether EVER BEST SALES LLC employee are illiterate people or people specialized in eliminating inventory no longer usable. With the trick of sending out the wrong item and many emails of complains, the victim happened takes a discount and the problem appears to be solved. What is annoying is that Walmart does nothing to stop them, maybe they also make money and it is better not to say anything.

I ordered 2 sets of the tilted cat bowls and both came shipped to my house cracked so bad I can't even put water in them. I left a review on the walmart site and this company emailed me back and said we will refund you 10% of $14.14 only for 1 set of the bowls and told me I could keep them and gift them out to someone else like who the heck wants to gift out broken stuff. This vendor is such a scam I recommend no one buy from them. All I asked was for them to send me 2 new cat bowls to replace the other ones and I got so much negative responses from them. I am so fed up with this company. Clearly there customer service skills needs more training.

Worst company ever!! Seller was totally not responsive and had to escalate to Walmart to get my refund!! Do not buy any product from this company!! It’s a scam!!

The seller is now asking to be paid back for the face mask that took two months to ship and Walmart refunded in the meantime. This company is a total scam and they do not even deserve one star!! The USPS customer service person told me that the tracking/shipping labels are purchased online. So it appears that the shipment went out but in reality, the shipment has not been mailed because there is no shipment yet. The seller is still waiting on the shipment from arriving from overseas. My order was almost 2 months late (one month after the expected delivery date). I contacted Walmart and was refunded by $133. The vendor sent me an email requesting money or return of merchandise. I am more than happy to return but do not feel I should pay shipping. Vendor will not pay for shipping and had the nerve to ask me for the tracking number! I got fed up an did not want the masks since I can make my own. I spent $15 to ship back by USPS and it arrived in two days. Ever Best Sales LLC is a complete SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I contacted Walmart and I am expecting them to contact me to resolve the issue. All I ask is for the refund of my shipping costs. I've spent hours on tracking the order and trying to get information from the vendor regarding my shipment.

They tried to scam me too. I contacted Wal-Mart and they refunded me my money back due to this companies scam. After they tried to email me saying that a full refund was given and they needed me to send the money back to them through paypal. So Wal-Mart put them on their fraud list. I advice everyone to call Wal-Mart and complain. Make sure you have the order number for the product so they can look it up and refund you.

Mine was the same experience that other customers have reported. Order was stuck for about a month at a "shipping partner facility" until I informed Walmart about the problem and asked them for a refund. Walmart directed the seller to refund me. Seller did not refund me, and responded with non answers to my multiple follow-up emails requesting the refund that Walmart has instructed them to process. In the meantime, the package continued to register as stuck at the "partner facility." It took escalating the issue with Walmart through multiple additional contacts before the order suddenly moved from the "partner facility" to USPS.

I have been trying to contact Ever Best Sales but no luck. I sent a blouse back on 5-4-2020 they received it on 5-11-2020. I have confirmation you received it and I still have not received my money back. The worst blouse ever. Please contact me and give me my money back. Also WalMart does NOT stand behind what they sell or the business they do business with. Worst service EVER!!!!

I didn’t get the order of masks and the seller has been emailing me everyday. He’s been purposely ignoring what my email says and it seems like he’s trying to purposely be harassing. I made a complaint to Walmart and I’m making one again. I had to file a claim with my bank because the seller won’t refund. They keep ignoring my request for refund. This person is seriously annoying and harassing and it seems like they’re doing it on purpose.

I ordered face masks from them through Walmart thinking they were in United States, I find out later from China. They promised I would receive them by May 1, 2020. It is now 05/16/20 and still haven't seen them. I asked them mutiple times to cancel order as I purchase from another company. They kept giving me the run around so I had to dispute with my credit card company. Not a good company, they are scamming people with the face mask scare. Don't use them.

i ordered a crochet hook set, almost two months ago. Never got them. now the order # can not be found when i run a search walmart has no clue and i get no response from this company i know things are sometimes out of ones control but getting a response from someone or my money would be nice

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered masks in early April from this company. Expected to arrive April 24. That said they shipped them April 14, but in fact did not ship them until May. They won’t give me my money back after I have asked. Finally last week they said if they did not arrive In 7 days they would issue a refund, then shipped the item that day. It has been 7 days, still no item. When I requested the refund they asked me to wait more time. Their customer service is awful!

WE ORDERED MASK'S AND FINALLY RECIVED THEM AFTER SENDING EMAIL AFTER EMAIL WITH NO ANSWER'S BACK. THEY WERE IN A BAG AND THE BOX WAS ALL BROCKEN UP. WE ALSO ORDERED GLOVES AND IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING, THEY NEVER ANSWER A EMAIL. WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

I ordered the masks from this company 4/15 told would get 4/21 contacted them told would get 5/1 contacted them 5/2 and told 1-5 days still no masks contacted again 5/9 said will be here few days and will give you 10% back. still no masks still no 10% back buyer be ware of thos company

I ordered a Tapestry from them off wal mart site. It told me it would arive on April 13th. When it was tracked it went to a totally differant state and ever since they just keep telling me its on the way and I still haven't recieved it. If you really want the product dont order from here.

Worst cheap company who are taking advantage of this pandemic situation. I have ordered 3 packs of masks last 2nd April which I supposed to receive 16th April. I received those yesterday without any box, inside a packet which looks very unhealthy and don’t even feel safe to use those masks. After I made complain first they agreed to send again without charging me anything, now they refuse to pay any refund and charge me too, only agreed to pay 15% back . What a worst service. Pls guys, don’t even think to buy anything from them ever. They’re not trustworthy at all.

Warning! WARNING !I payed for three boxes of mask over 1 month ago ! Finally got them in a small bag no box ! They were taken out of box and send to me . I didn’t get three boxes I got half of a box ! This company cheats there buyer’s and Walmart should remove them off there sales. I advised you don’t buy anything from them!!!! FRAUD ALERT! They lie about shipping and pocket the money. I reached out twice, and Walmart did as well. No answer. They aren't even professional enough to clear their voicemail box. I have reported them for fraud, and filed complaints with Walmart to recommend that they be removed from the site. Walmart is processing my refund now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Why is Walmart.com using this seller. The so called manual isn't in English, there is no charger nor any mention of a charger. This is ridiculous!

I received an HP 63XL Black Cartridge on 1/8/21 ordered from Walmart. I opened it today, 7/28/21. It is defective. Walmart referred me to the seller Everbestsales, LLC., wrong email address. Would like a replacement, please advise.

I ordered a dress in size 2X what I got was of low quality. It didn’t even come hemmed. And it looks like a size small. I thought I thought I could trust Wal Mart but you can’t trust anyone anymore. You would think that Wal Mart would take them off their site. Becky
