Phone number 1-704-741-9976 goes to warehouse. Probably not physically located in USA. Don't expect customer service to be helpful or understanding. The order was placed 4/15/20. The shipping information has not been posted yet and product is supposed to be delivered in a few days. They could not look up order or give details about anything.
