I just made a purchase on Erommy for a greenhouse. PayPal sent me a receipt and at the end of the receipt it denoted that my payment went to Wish! What??? I went back to the Erommy site and there was NO mention of Wish on the website. I immediately called my credit card company and explained what happened. The payment is pending, however, when it actually posts, my CC company will open an investigation and my money will be refunded within 30 days. Had I known that Erommy was Wish in disguise, I would never had made the order. I also just sent an email to Erommy requesting a refund and explained to Erommy that I had contacted my CC company and if Erommy did not refund immediately, then my CC company would see to it that Erommy does a refund. Hope this helps everyone else. Go to your CC company, or your bank for assistance.

Packages do not include all pieces neither tools to put them together. I am on my second attempt of getting a different missing piece again for a console table I ordered through walmart. They do not respond quickly to emails, I wish I had read their reviews first.

Ordered a 12x12 steel top gazebo. was sent 10x13 gazebo, no idea if it's a steel top that we ordered or a polycarbonate (which wouldn't work). The contact info they give is fake or incorrect. We are struggling with Wal-Mart to get any kind of response. I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. God what an absolute nightmare. Next time, ORDER FROM AMAZON

Same problem as a lot of people. I ordered a webcam. after 3 weeks I contacted the company. I never received a reply. I finally received the item after 5 weeks which was was two weeks after I no longer needed it since I bought a replacement locally. Walmart, these 3rd party sellers are hurting your reputation.

Ordered webcam in April and still haven’t received it. Reached out to Walmart and sent a complaint to BBB. Has anyone gotten their money back? If so, how?

Terrible customer service. Do not order from them. Charged credit card, package tracking ended with product undelivered. No response when contacted 3 times even though Walmart said they would contact in 24 hours.

I order a glider chair on 4/20. Tracking says it is pending delivery, however one area says it left Roland Heights, CA and FedEx tracking relays that shipping label was created in Chino, CA. I have been charged and I do not know where my chair is at. I called Walmart.com to no avail and I tried to contact Erommy and no answer, just a recording. This a scam. Do not do business with this company.

Same here! Ordered a webcam, they said it shipped, still nothing. I sent a message to the seller and got this reply: “Dear friend, due to COVID-19, logistics is very bad recently, I am contacting the logistics company, I am sorry to delay your order, I will compensate 5 dollars, would you like to accept to continue to wait, thank you, looking forward to your reply”

Holy Hell Same issue with a web cam... I see a class action law suit forming here. Save this page people and print out the evidence for your lawyers. The company never seems to answer on where the items are. It just reads as delayed....yea delayed and scamming.

Yeah. I'm pissed. Ordered weeks ago and says it still hasn't even left their warehouse. Today was the latest day it was supposed to arrive when in fact it hasn't even left China. What Bullshit. Can't get anyone on the phone or contact them via message through fuc)ing Walmart. I get an error over and over. Can't call can't contact via message. I'm gonna take them down online. That's how mad I am. I will share their shitty service and connection to Walmart for a year if they don't fix this now.

We all have been duped! And Walmart is part of the scam. since they won't take any positive action to help us. I am not going to take this. I am going to Walmart and someone there will have to initiate a refund of m y money; especially since I ordered this item on their approved website. Shameful and SAD!

I ordered an outside glider swing. It arrived two weeks late. And with NO Bolts, Screws, hardware at all. And NO instrustions. So now i have a pile of metal instead of a swing. Called the service # and only get a recorded message.

OMG I should have checked this out before I ordered web cam. I am in same boat as everyone else. promised in april still have not received . I also paid the extra $10 for faster shipping. I expect walmart to refund that. lesson learned

Another disappearing webcam in the Erommy abyss in Rowland Heights, CA which I ordered on 4/22 and promised by 4/30/2020. Looks like someone is knocking off webcams. Walmart, please help!!!! Erommy should be rated as 0 stars.

Ordered a 12x12 steel top gazebo. What a nightmare! Ordered from Walmart. Arrived not only dented and bent, the brackets that hold the roof on were snapped off. Attempting to get my money back and return the product has been a nightmare. Walmart.com is not standing by its customers. So far I have taken the 500+lb item to a store, unloaded it and then had to reload it, I have called 4 times, one of which the representative told me "the last representative only told you that to get you off the phone". Erommy has responded to my request to return the item, and I quote their last email "Dear friend,I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the logistics problem, but the slight damage will not affect the daily use, we can offer you a discount of 80 dollars and you keep it?Looking forward to your reply." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART.COM stick with Amazon, at least they take care of their customers.

If you buy something from Walmart.com and their 3rd party seller don't expect good quality or good customer service. Purchased a swimming pool for my family for Christmas went to blow up a few weeks ago since in NY we have snow in the winter and summer starts in June, it was defective and littered with holes. They stated the refund channel was closed and I should have returned it soon well I'm sorry I couldn't exactly test it out in 0 degree weather so now my family is out $180

Ordered a lift chair and received a box with half a chair, the back and one arm, the box says 2/2 . I called CUSTOMER service and was told someone would get back with me . I checked with fedx and they only received one box I'm out $459.00

Rolling kitchen island by EROMMY. Terrible product. Broken pieces, miss-labeled parts, not the right tools for the job. You’re basically buying a heap of crappy wood that will be busted up by the time you put this thing together. The screws supplied split the word when screwed in. This company is a total scam!!
