Enyopro company was horrible to deal with. I was highly unsatisfied and unimpressed with the quality of their stationary bike. Walmart directed me to them to start the return process. After 5 back And forth emails they were giving me the run around as to why my Complaint of poor quality and performance was not acceptable for their return unless the bike had a flaw!! I also included pictures at their request. They said because “they couldn’t see any ‘quality issues’ they WOULD NOT return my bike.” At this point I was direct And told them the quality of the bike was basically cheap and not worth the money I had invested. I just want my money back so I can invest in a better quality bike. I finally called Walmart to complain about the poor customer service from Enyopro and After contacting Walmart directly they were able to take over the return process and said they will fully refund my money! Walmart gave me zero hassle and were great about my request to return. Full refund on the way at the end of this coming week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND business with this company. They are unprofessional and do not want to satisfy their customers. The bike was not damaged. I just simply wasn’t satisfied with the quality of material used and naturally wanted to complete an honest return as you would with any other seller! If I could rate less than one star I would! POOR return customer service!

I ordered from Walmart the 3 piece farmhouse bistro set. I ordered brown/white the box was labeled charcoal and white,,, I was not too happy,,,but when I opened the box. It was the brown /white. Table all banged up. Chipped leg,,, and to go and drag this all back!!! Forget it!!!not happy with this company. You get the run around when u contact Walmart then another runaround to get to this manufacturer on this matter. Nope. Not happy. Then too pieces were in different shipments!!!!! You ordered it, why not be shipped altogether!!!!! Poor poor company. Do not buy

I am so very upset at the moment. I ordered 2 sets of outdoor chairs . My husband found it impossible to put them together. The site reads a 30 day return pole. I sent them a message and they responded they would offer us 20% of the total cost. A customer service recommended we ask a neighbor to put together. I never in all my life dealt with such a suggestion from anyone. I just want to return free of charge and give me my money back. I will open up a dispute with my credite card company. Shame on this half ass company. 0 if I could in rate

I purchased a outdoor patio set.. looks like minature furniture , the cushions are faded discolored, also different shade from other . plus should have been gray they are black.. pd $569.38. and total flop..

Ordered 2 Wedding Tents -- two separate orders - 24hrs apart. Tent 1 arrived fine.....about 6-8days tent 2 said it would arrive Aug 13th for over 5 days. (ordered Aug 2nd) now it says it would arrive August 14th for the last 3 or 4 days. and today it says August 14th by the end of the day --- and TODAY IS AUGUST 15th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! really tired of a tracking system that cannot keep up with today's technology needs, it needs to be replaced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your TRACKING is not accurate --- you have NOTHING!!!!
