I purchased a starter with a 1 year warranty on it went bad after 8 months Walmart said they can't do anything and I can't get ems to do anything 3 calls to walmart.com and 3 different conversation and 2 emails I now have a broken starter and had to buy another one somewhere else horrible service

I ordered starter part no 5801N on 03-26-2018 received and installed ok. moter. started good for 3 times and than broke. took off and found rubber spacer had climbed on the gear keeking it from engaging the moter. something should be between rubber and gear to keep rubber in place. please advise. phone no. is 6788493626 . I order A part from there website through Walmart if making the purchase I was told I order the wrong part not only did they didn’t respond to an messages they finally get in touch with me after two days and and tell me it was already shop so we can’t cancel it but is still showing proceeding order
