I ordered Niki sox for Christmas for my grand daughter from Elevatit thru Walmart. I ordered size large and needed to exchange them for size medium. They were shipped back to the company in the original packing, along with the required Walmart order number and the return authorization and still after almost 3 months, I still don't have the exchanged socks or a refund. This company does not stand by it's product with regards to returns or refunds.
