This company is a SCAM!!! I never received my package..No Star

I ordered through Walmart.com also. I ordered a set and they shipped me one piece and when I questioned where the rest of the order was they told me it was for one piece only and the ad was written wrong. I asked to return it and they would not send me a return address but instead tried to make me keep it at a discounted price. I sent three requests for a return address and they ignored my emails. And here's the pisser, I went to Discover to dispute the item and stop payment as I did not receive the item I wanted. They denied the claim and sent payment anyway so I am now stuck with something will NEVER use. $18.00 might not be a lot of money to Discover but it is to me. After I found this out, I sent a fourth request to return the merchandise, and go figure, I have not received a response. Shame on Walmart for continuing to use them and shame on Discover for paying them since it obviously a scam.

This company fucking sucks scam ass bitches!!!!!!!!!! Never ever had a problem with ordering through Walmart until now and with so many negative reviews with all the same review comments why does Wal-Mart still allow this company to sell third-party through them. Makes them look bad!!!

I ordered portable air conditioner and it doesn't work

NO ONE Star The item that I ordered is not what i expected for that price. I asked for the return level , this company offered 20% discount , saying that the shipment it will cost me more. Still with 20% off is not worthy. I am very disappointed . I have asked for the return address, they never give me.

Apparently walmart likes to be associated with scammers. This shouldn't even be happening

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible company. Do not do business with these people. They are a Chinese based company, so when you place an order, it will take a minimum of 6 weeks to receive your order. When you write to complain, they try to offer a discount, but then when the items never arrives and you try to contact the again, they never respond. These people are scam artists and shame on WalMart for letting them sell on your platfor.

Walmart should not even be associated with this company. Have been trying for a month to get a refund from a item that was received broken, I also purchased “the protection plan” what a joke!

I ordered a face shield....recieved it a month later ..face shield was junk... I emailed Ejoyous about a refund . A week later they responded and said it would cost to much to send back ...they could give me 20% off. . This company is horrible..reporting them to Better Business Bureau. .

Same thing happened to me, order was delivered 9 hours away from me. I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges. Worst company ever.

Same as everyone in here. This is bullshit. I'm about to travel to this company and burn it to the fucking ground. Got my 3 year old kids hopes up for fucking nothing.

Ordered an item not realizing I would be scammed like everyone else. Fedex tracking shows it was delivered 400 miles away. How does Walmart allow this to continue to happen? Now that it happened to me I see this “company” does this to everyone else. Total garbage.

Same story as EVERYBODY else. Ordered fingernail file kits-with the files, buffers, etc. Tracking provided by Walmart says my items were delivered 2 weeks ago to a different city(3+hours away) but same state(NC) as my shipping address. I have contacted EJoyous too many times by email-they wont respond and too many attempted phone calls-they hang up on me. I have contacted Walmart 6 times now-they have called and sent emails on my behalf with no response. I do believe this is a scam/fake company. There are too many of us with pretty much the same story. Why is Walmart affiliated with these crooks? There has to be something ALL of us consumers can do besides take it on the chin. Lawrd have mercy, I am pure ashamed of Walmart. And while I am downing Walmart-why cant they find english as a first language employees for their call centers? I swear the people who I try to talk with from Walmart about this crappy company- are whispering and cant string together 6 words that make sense. Never again Walmart-done with y'all too!

My package was badly damaged after waiting over 2 weeks for said package.

I have not received my purchase. It was delivered somewhere else according to the tracking. Walmart said they would contact the Ejoyous and I've heard nothing. I am very displeased with this company and with Walmart. i would have never bought the product if I knew it came from a third party that could care less. Disappointed!

I have been trying to contact this company with out any success. Call the phone# and they hang up on me. I've sent emails and no results I was charged but haven't received my item. Order status has not changed. However I have not been given any information Walmart says they are not responsible Another terrible company

My order had been ship to wrong address, I been try sending them 3 emails but never respond... bad company

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD!! Pure scam artists!!! Like others, they sent my item to the wrong address even though my correct address was listed when I purchased this item!! Thanks for screwing me over!!!! I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank because that’s the only way I’m getting my money back at this point. They know exactly what they are doing, SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THIER MONEY AND ITEM!! UP YOURS EJOYOUS!!!

I have the same story as many reviewers. My package was sent to a different city! I submitted a ticket, they were supposed to get back to me within 1 business day. That was a week ago! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Tried reaching out to them twice. I ordered something through Walmart.com and received a broken item. Apparently I should be shocked I even received it. I wish I had read reviews. I’m not expecting on ever getting a response much less a new product.
