They send me a black floor mat and I ordered gray in September and still trying to get it returned in November.

Never order anything from Walmart that these people ship because they will overcharge you and will not return emails when contacting them.

I too have a continuing problem with EDM purchase made thru Walmart. I ordered an Anchor Hocking Montana Jar it had a UPS tracking number but never shipped (price was over $27). I sent several emails to EDM/Walmart (which included my Walmart order number) after several back & forth emails they kept giving me info on a Bed Bath & Beyond order (I placed an order for 2 more jars thru Bed Bath & beyond) Still no info on my WALMART order. Apparently EDM must do something for BB&B also. Upon receipt from BB&B order one of them was shattered. I notified BB&B of the problem & they sent a replacement. EDM wants to give me a credit for $11.99 for the BB&B jar instead of the $27 from Walmart. I’m not sure what goes on with EDM but they don’t seem to be above board - I’m still short approx $15 from the non-receipt of goods from Walmart. I WILL NEVER knowingly make a purchase if it involves EDM Imports. Perhaps they better take a very long look at their shipping practices because they’re a big fail. I feel bad even giving them 1 star.

I purchased a bowl set through Walmart. When it came I did not like the bowls and decided to return the. The shipping label said to return to bed Bath & Beyond. I Returned the item to bed Bath & Beyond and was told it was only 39.99 instead of 59.99 which is what I was charged through the Walmart site. Someone owes me $20.00.

I ordered two pink fidget through Walmart site. I received my order today and the color is not the same color pink as shown on their web site...looks more like a peach color. Also, one spinner is cracked and the other one doesn’t spin. I would like a refund or a replacement. Also, please inform where to send these damages fidgets back.

Is it possible to LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS??? WOW - I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the supplements for my senior dog. Walmart needs to remove EDM Imports as a vendor YESTERDAY. The reviews on the item (Zesty Paws 8-in-1) were amazing, but I could have bought much cheaper via Walmart itself, I paid for expedited shipping and 8 days later still no supplements. I will buy somewhere else - I'm sure at a much better price - but I won't let up on EDM until I get the supplements plus a full refund including tax and expedited shipping costs. And just a PS/stopped buying from amazon b/c when they run out of items, they use walmart.com...

I never received my order. Tracking of shipment says delayed. It has been months.
