Ordered on Walmart website and received order from Amazon, product was incorrect so I put in for return from Walmart - seller came back around the back end with a packing slip returning to the Amazon returns center (**Shrug - whatever - sheisty, but I get what they're doing) so I packaged it all up and sent it on it's way. They called today saying I needed to cancel my Walmart order in order to get my refund issued. They said I used the wrong packing slip (I used the one THEY provided me) - I pushed a bit more and told them that there was no way I would cancel the return request from the system because then I had no product and no recourse if they didn't actually refund me. When I happened to mention that I knew exactly what they were doing because I manage vendors on the Walmart and Amazon platforms ... they miraculously started having phone trouble. ..and hung up on me. I requested Walmart customer service call me back to discuss, I got transferred around and put on hold for 47 minutes with no live person answering after the initial transfer. During that time, I got onto a Walmart customer service chat and explained the situation. The gentleman asked relevant questions and seemed to (maybe) be taking down the facts to act on the situation. Fact is - this seller is fraudulent and should be removed from the marketplace platform. They may get some products sent out right, but I wouldn't trust them. Save your money and buy either directly from Walmart (sold by / ships by) or somewhere else. Ecommerce Deals USA is shady.

These guys are disgusting - selling a 6 inch Star Ward figure for $78. Price gouging ! They probably bought up store supplies and then turn around and sell it through Walmart and Amazon at triple to quadruple what they paid to screw you over.
