I placed an order on 1-23-2021. You charged my account on 1-27-2021. On 1-31-2021, you sent me an e-mail, stating the product I ordered was defective and a full refund has been issued. Today is 2-23-2021 and I still have NOT received my refund!!! I have sent several e-mails. Your customer service is horrible! I rate Ecom Gold LLC a minus 5!

I had ordered a steam mop for my cleaning business. Was charged for the item and never received it. Have sent several emails about it and have not heard anything back. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the time and money and don't get anything from these people.

SCAMMERS! LIARS! THIEVES! I NEVER received my product that was ordered on 12/16/20. I received an email that said the order was received and would arrive 12/29/20. This same email said I would received an email when there were status updates. I NEVER received anymore emails. So I just now checked my Walmart account which said it was delivered 12/20/20. It NEVER was delivered. I do not work outside the home. I have been in isolation at home to avoid the Wuhan virus and have checked outside daily all around the house several times along with regularly checking my mail. No delivery seen! Unacceptable company practices! ECOM GOLD LLC NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!!

Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter and never received it. Fedex says it was delivered but I never received it. Here's the kicker, I ordered it on December 14th, 2020 and somehow it says it was delivered on December 9th, 2020 5 days before I placed my order. Tried contacting them and never heard anything back from them. I had to initiate my refund through WalMart. Never again, these people are crooks! I don't even want to leave them 1 star!

Ordered a Christmas present for the grandkids (through Walmart) and FedEx says delivered, but my security cameras do not show FedEx delivering anything at my house that day or time. This company needs to be investigated.

Product was never received. Walmart was unhelpful. Sent a message to Ecom Gold and waiting to hear back. Based on the reviews above, I probably won’t see my order or get my money back.
