My mother purchased a chest freezer which was delivered damaged and has been working for 2 weeks now to arrange for this item to be picked up and returned for a refund. Several emails were received from this company stating a date and time to have the item outside for pick up, of which the item was placed as requested. No one ever showed up to pick up the item and when the company for which the email reflected was to pick up the item was contacted, they had no record of this pick up arrangement. This has been very frustrating and time consuming. I would recommend that no one order anything from this company, as the customer service they provide is horrible.

Shipping charges are ridiculous. $30 to ship a small package. No thanks.

Terrible, I dont understand why shipping became so expensive? I mean $30, package is barely 5 pounds

I am so glad that I read these reviews from everyone because number one Walmart is the problem they buy garbage and they try to sell me a deep freezer for $159 online and when I pressed complete purchase they added on an extra $180 for this company that I’m writing this review about so that 159 deep freezer went into $339 Sarah be brutally honest I think Walmart and this company are in cahoots to rip off the customers I am so unhappy with both companies I hope everybody in this world stays away from this company as well as Walmart

I was looking to buy a 7 cu f freezer. I found one for $169. It says free shipping. However when I went to check out, $180 was added for shipping. I was told by a rep that it was from a 3rd party. I understand that but they are advertising free shipping. That in a nutshell is false advertising. Not cool

This is stupid! An $80 air fryer that ships for 120.00? Do they think customers are crazy? Plus I have the Walmart+. Waste of money.
