Canceled order 5 min after placed because of wrong address. Saturday night. Canceled and sent them message on walmart site sunday. Recieved email tuesday product shipped. Walmart canceled and dispute on amex. Stay away

Ordered one item. Shipped from NY to the west coast for some reason then sat in a shipping facility for 10 days. Never received the item. This company has serious logistics issues.

I ordered picture frame and received it damaged i mean it’s totally DAMAGED, its really hard to contact them.

This company is horrible. I placed an order on Walmart.com and these stupid people are the seller. That was April 14,2020 and till this day it has not gotten to me yet. I want my freaking money back today!!!!

Placed an order on 11/29/19 expected delivery date 12/12/19. Only to be told by fedex when package wasn’t received that this company didn’t get it to them until 12/12/19????? How is this possible if it’s suppose to be at the customers home that day? Now the delivery date is 12/20/19. I own a very small business and if I tell my clients I’ll have their item ready on a specific day & don’t I have to them refund money. I’m highly upset & don’t recommend this company at all.

NO STARS Placed an order on March 8th. Supposedly "Arrives by end of day March 12th. Today is March 17th. STILL WAITING. I have called Walmart's complaint dept. to no avail. The worst thing is that I got my credit card bill today and the item is on there and I don't even have the darn thing !! Walmart needs to get rid of this store. Will be calling Walmart again tomorrow.

Be aware of Scammer !! Did not want to rate this company with any STAR !! I placed an order with this seller through wlamart.com on March 15th, 2021. I got an email that said item is shipped and supposed to received by end of March 1, 2021. Unfortunately the item has not arrived on that day. Moreover, I tried to track the item on FedEx but FedEx said they have received the shipment info but never received the item. As a result there is no tracking info for my order. I called walmart.com customer support and the the associate answered the phone cancelled my order and initiate refund. Hope I get my money back within 5 business days. For any shopper out there shopping.... pleas stay away from this scammer eBEstShop4U.

No true rating due to no star signifying NO SERVICE: Ordered item, waited a few days, received email saying it had been delivered, had NOT been delivered at least NOT to my mailbox: Efforts to find it elsewhere were made, effort to local USPO (to which DHL carrier delivered item) were futile, phone rings and rings and nobody answers and hangs itself up over and over. Contacted Walmart through which item was sold to me and they tried calling ebestshopforu and they could only leave a message, no one to talk to. Finally decided on a refund. Will never buy from that company again and will make copy of this page and send it to Walmart corporate office, if you who read this are another victim please do the same...
