I contacted this company and FEDEX several times, no responds. This company said, please forward your reference or shipping #? I did several times, no product, no credit. I have MasterCard getting involved, I was willing to wait for a new griddle, but this company is not interested in satisfying the customer. Truly very sad.

Purchased 4 faucets from Walmart's Marketplace. No sooner did I order them they contacted me and stated that they were out of stock and How did I want my refund. I stated I would wait until they got them back in stock. I received another email stating that they did not know when they would be getting more in and they wanted to process the refund. I stated again I would wait. 3 days later my items were supposedly shipped. 15 days later I am still waiting along with FEDEX to receive the package. I tried contacting this company again to let them know that the package was lost in transit but they will not respond to my correspondence. Walmart is no help either. This company does not want to honor my purchase since they sold the items extremely cheap. They have been pushing a refund from the beginning because someone screwed up and they don't want to honor the listed price. Buyer's beware.
