Placed an order for a hard to find stain . A month goes by and cancelled my order. No reason given . Thankfully I found it somewhere else . Avoid this like the plague that it is .

Stay away! Dropship scammers - I ordered a sink, it was delivered in 2 days... in pieces. They promise 30-day return - that's a total lie! I called them, emailed pictures, they told me to "wait until they contact the manufacturer about sending it back and getting return authorization...". I am still waiting... Meanwhile, we got a sink from Home Depot. The broken sink is still clogging our hallway. Don't waste your time and money on these scammers!

Ordered a Grohe cartridge for my shower. Picture showed the cartridge and two check valves and an o-ring that come with the cartridge as a kit. Their fulfillment center in Indiana sent me an entirely different Grohe part. Only the the first three numbers of the part number matched. Shouldn't be too difficult to compare an 8 digit part no. on the order and compare it to the 8 digit part no. on the Grohe box and make sure the numbers match. Pretty simple but it's clear this company needs to get a better fulfillment center to handle their orders. When I called the customer service number on the packing slip they confirmed the wrong item was shipped and the one I ordered is not in stock. How convenient! Found the same item this company is also selling on Amazon marketplace for more than double the price they showed on Walmart marketplace. Would not buy from this company waiting for a return label to send back the incorrect part they sent. At least Walmart will get me a return label if this company does not and Walmart will issue a refund.

Wish I would of checked the reviews, ordered a month ago, never received product. Called and they said it was cancelled on their end 20 days after I ordered but there were no notes in the system so they couldn't tell me why. Horrible company.

I received a doormat today in absolutely terrible condition. It is a thick, heavy doormat that was folded over twice and thrown in a box. It was split all the way through in both areas where it was folded. Anyone with common sense would know not to ship a thick, heavy doormat that way. It should have been mailed flat. I wish I had gone with another vendor. I will not be a return customer.

I was treated bad too: I ordered a Schumacher 1000A 2/6/10A battery charger. They sent me a Schumacher 10/3A charger wrong item sent and now they are giving me a hard time for a refund. If I had known when I ordered it through Walmart, I would not have ordered it.

This place is a scam, do not place orders with them. I placed an order and paid the extra to get my package in 2 business days and it's now been 7 and I still do not have a conformation number through FedEx to find it. Total BS company. Oh and the reviews on their site is also fake.

Ordered "Leviton 00101-0EP Residential Thermoplastic Non-Grounding Polarized Electrical Plug 1-15P 20-16 AWG 2 Pole 2 Wire- pack of 10" Received 1 plug not a 10 pack. Need a negative star rating, crooks

I ordered a Clever Cutter as a gift for someone. Instead, a package of backer rods were sent. The customer service line went unanswered. I emailed them three times and did not get a response. This company is dishonest.

East Coast Hardware in New Jersey is the worst! The customer service is terrible. They don’t follow through. You can’t get a supervisor on the line. They can’t fulfill orders and they cancel them without notifying you. Don’t give yourself a headache dealing with these people. I will never order from them again!

This company cheats customers out of their money, do not buy anything from this crooked company!

This company is awful to deal with! As far as I'm concerned they are thieves. I ordered 10 units of a product in August 2020, after delay after delay they sent me the wrong item. I returned this item and canceled the order. I could no longer wait as I needed it for work. I have been trying to get my refund since September! I have made over 15 phone calls and countless e-mails only to be lied to each time. Please, do your self a favor and do not order anything from this company. Oh and if you order through Wal-Mart don't expect help from them either. They are getting one star simply because it will not submit without a rating.
